Monster-Infused Mutated Physiology

I always had this doubt. Would Cloud be a Superior Mystic Human for having magic and powers or is he half alien since Jenova cells were infused into him?

If you are infused with part of an inhuman biological being like the power suggests, to what degree will the user change and how much power will they receive. The more information you can provide the better.

So I'm thinking of this Monster thing and the monsters are remotely Humanoid here they are

Morpher: Pretty much human who can shift their physical form to create horrific body proportions (If you know what body horror is you know what I mean)

(Distinct Features: Red eyes)

(Different skins: Yes) (Btw that means they can have skin color)

Kineticarians: Humanoid creatures with Supernatural Speed with the abilities that come with it

(Distinct Features: Black tongues)

(Different Skins: Yes)

Vampires: (You damn well better know what this is..)

(Different Skins: Yes)

Auqanarions: Humanoids Creatures with the Physiology of Different Aquatic Life

(Distinct Features: Gills, Tentacles, Sharp teeth Ect..)

(Different Skins: Yes)

Nycto-Sapiens: Literally Shadows given the body of a human, They don't have skin colo-Ok you know what here is what they look like.

(Distinct features: Should be obvious)

(Different Skins: Sort of Colors range from black to Blood red, Eye colors are usally combination of their parents)

Is there any credibility to this power or is it just following the whole "rule of cool" mindset?
