°Fistful of Steel can create muscle layers over any limb of the user's body. Fistful of Steel can use this in a more basic way to protect the user from attacks, with the layers serving as protection that can trap projectiles and limbs between the muscle fibers, increasing physical strength, or more creative uses, such as transforming the muscle fibers into tentacles or firing patches of muscle fibers to trap and bind enemies and objects, create countless, ultra-dense layers over the user's entire body, creating a temporary, hulking exoskeleton of pure muscle, maximizing durability and strength at the cost of speed and mobility, contract and expand the muscle fibers at an incredible speed, creating a pneumatic "punch" that launches a shockwave of air, etc.
The user can also manipulate the shape of the ends of the muscle fibers into simple shapes such as hands, maces, hammers, etc.
