Nightmare Manipulation

I am trying to create a original character and I was wondering if someone with psionics like Omni or Absolute Psionics could manipulate dreams put more accurately Oneiric Energy

Which brings to my next question what is the difference between to and can someone with either power set manipulate use the others ability

Your sleep paralyze demon or just any entity that lives in your nightmares becomes your stand what powers does it have whats it name and power and what do you do with it

Is Dream Manipulation a power that is apart of Psionic’s

Nodoff the Ruler of Dream World has dream powers and his powers are dream related powers

If you had power over nightmares and could make a monster from it, what would you make?

Hyerebrus (Hynea + Cerberus)

This nightmarish hound can be easily heard with its hysterical laughter. It’s big and brooding and their eyes are horrific. It would breathe poison gas that would make you laugh hysterically (like Joker gas) until your unable to think straight. If you do die from its paws, the last thing you’ll hear is their howl of victory.
