It could be technology you just thought of or technology that already exist in fiction. As well as any real technology. The power alters the garbage on the particle level to make the technology.
What will you do first after acquiring this power?

I’m a little confused about the applications for this power. It has applications like elemental manipulation and fundamental forces manipulation does that mean that you can create devices and inventions that can manipulate those powers?
