With an Almighty power, you cannot be beaten, and you have the following:
You have the Almighty title: The Creator
You have the power of Omnipotence meaning you can do absolutely everything.
You are given with an Omniscient knowledge meaning you know what to do without thinking the impossible.
You are absolutely everywhere with the given power of Omnipresence meaning you are absolutely everywhere, you are in the before the nothingness, you are there before the before, you are in the past, present and in the absolute future.
Can Omniscience have all powers due to knowing everything.
On Almighty Magic, it states the applications are omnipotence, omnipresence, and possibly omniscience. But if they aren’t omniscient, then how are they omnipotent. In this case, does omnipotence just refer to raw power? Got me wondering, can a character be omnipotent without knowing everything or being everywhere at once?
You can ask as many questions you want!
Luminous Being, also known as the Dungeon Master, is the sole omnipotent Monotheistic Deity of Forgotten Realms. His figure has been intriguing me and I would like to discover more about him, yet I didn't really find anything in the Internet. But what I think I can assume is that this omnipotent doesn't interact with its world but simply watches it. It seems to me he's an interesting example of unusual omnipotent being, so what do you know about him?
As far as you could be awared of, I have recently created a new page named Selective Omniscience, the power to know everything about something. It's generally a form of Nigh Omniscience limited to one field of knowledge.
So, when I was creating it, I asked myself if Omnilegence, the power to know everything recorded, counts as Selective or Flawed Omniscience? Because it is mainly defined as possessing complete knowledge over everything recorded, which fits SO, but on the other hand, it includes a lot of knowledge within it. I am looking forward for your thoughts wheather Omnilegence is a variation of Nigh or Discriminatory Omniscience.
So we know there appeared pretty much a lit of variations of Nigh Omniscience. Abilies like Necroscience, Psychoscience and Omnilegence pretend to be be knowledge of everything except for something. But in my opinion, in case of these kind of powers, it's more knowledge of something specifically. I think there should be power named Selective Omniscience, which would be possessing complete knowledge over some specific subject. Yes, this is the first time I have come up with idea that has numerous users!
Recently, I wondered how they differ. It seems to me those powers are same: both subconsciously percieve events from future.
Can anyone tell me what is the difference between them?
Additionally, since there's a power named Retroscience, which is Omniscience limited to past only, would Prescience be its opposite and percieve future only?
Such magnificent physiology as Monotheistic Deity is a great concept. It has a variation, which is Trinitarian Deity. Truthfully, I don't really understand it well. Originally, it was Trilogy that achieves Omnipotence by combining divinity, transcendence and lordship. Now it's some kind of omnipotent deity that is renowned for some trinity. Capabilities don't really explain it but I assume Trinitarian Deity means its user is transcendent being that combines True Omnipotence, Omniscience and Omnipresence? Is it so or does trinity means anything else?
