Paradox Manipulation

Could a true omniscient person predict absolutely all creations of a person with the superpower of absolute creativity and other infinite powers of generation of various things because if so, doesn't this raise a paradox or are these powers really infinite?

Imagine if someone was born with a godlike ability, be it reality warping, mentifery, an absolute power etc, that blurs the boundary between reality and their mind, now imagine the person shortly after their born, their abilities were uncontrolled and happened randomly. Imagine what their life would be like, I think most likely it would be eternal but just imagine a being that barely knows about the world, its laws, concepts, principles, abstracts etc. imagine what that reality would be like and how would they grow up in it. I’m picturing a surreal, dream like reality, a reality where nothing much exists or that their entire life would feel like a dream.

How do you imagine an "Meta/Absolute Paradox Manipulation"?

How would you describe your possibilities for what the user can do?

I was wondering what's stronger Chaos Manipulation or Paradox Manipulation mainly because under Paradox Inducement's applications I saw that it "Power may inevitably lead to Chaos Manipulation." so it sparked that thought. I initially assumed that PM was stronger for whatever reason, but now I'm not sure whether it is or isn't because CM could pretty much create the same paradoxical situations and those situations themselves could be seen as chaotic so idk which is stronger anymore.

Also if one does end up being stronger than the other could they act as lesser and advanced variations of each other or simply be variations.
