This is an integrated power system that involves a lot of my previous concepts as well as some other concepts that I like, into one, somewhat complex system. If you have any questions, feel free to ask.
_______
Those who follow the path of their deities are known as Pathwalkers. But those that dare find their own paths are known as Pathmakers.
The Paths are concepts. Purely abstract ideas brought into the real world, usually followed by a philosophy of sorts. It allows one to manifest supernatural abilities surrounding a concept or concepts.
Paths are not completely rigid. The one who braves through a path determines their own strength.
There are Fourteen Orthodox Paths, each representing a deity; the Luminaries who lit the path forward.
Mortals start off with a Kenoma. Usually being an entirely empty space filled with nothing. At the end of the cycle after filling themselves with Ousia, will one have Pleroma. Having a full Path.
In ascending order, a mortal must begin at Sphere 11 all the way to Sphere 0; the level of a True God. But there are levels beyond it as well, which is Beyond The Sphere/Outer Deity and then Demigod/Any other form of Deity free from assimilation.
The first step to any Path is finding a concept. Through a series of rituals, a mortal can then bond with their chosen concept and draw power from it.
Every Path has its own rules to follow. The powers gained from the Path is dependent on the depth of knowledge, compatibility and progress of assimilation the person has with their chosen concept.
After the Concept has been completely assimilated, the Luminary can choose to advance. This requires another ritual. Most Orthodox Paths typically use a collection of Concepts to create a Path. As such, some Paths require the next step to be learning to use a different Concept.
But most Paths tend to ‘solidify’ the first concept and layer upon it rather than focusing on a new Sphere of the Pleroma. Of course this does change at some point, starting off with a new concept and then solidifying it.
Each Sphere is made up of Minor and Major Aspects. Major Aspects are the core abilities of a Sphere, while the Minor Aspects are enhancements of previous Spheres or a further enhanced previous ability that becomes a new one; Minor Aspects also have another function, which is to act as a transformation trigger to enter a Divine Form or as the Demigods call it; an Alterator State mixed with divinity, however only a Saint can properly stabilise this power unless through specific means.
Spheres tend to be essentially an ‘occupation’ for a lack of a better term. Though that’s not always the case. Spheres can have the same or similar names, but have different Aspects. However, Sphere 4 and above don’t revolve around an occupation of sorts, more rather it is entirely named by a concept.
Once one reaches the precipice of Pleroma, they must then delve deep into the Cosmic Boundary and find the Ousia of their Path. They must then defeat the Hypokeimenons of their chosen concepts and steal their Authorities to create their Gnosis.
Sphere 4 to 1 requires that a Pathwalker best a corresponding Hypokeimenon to gain the power of said Gnosis. However, they must be careful as even though they can defeat the conceptual being for new power, the Hypokeimenons can do the same thing and use the Pathwalker as a basis to enter Godhood as well.
There are more intricacies to all this, however that’s the basics of it. In addition there are some Paths that already have Gods despite it truly belonging to the Demigods. These Gods are known as Usurper Gods for that reason alongside many other reasons.
There are Fourteen so-called Orthodox Paths, each complete with a God who once walked that Path until the end. These Gods are known as the Usurper Gods, the Fourteen Orthodox Paths belongs to Gods that made an alliance to push back the other Usurper Gods. There are Fourteen more that have usurped other than the first Fourteen.
