Peak Human Mind/Enhanced

This is something I yet don't understand. I know intellect is one aspect of mind while mind has something more than just intelligence but what is it? Because I don't see any additional applications that mind has that intelligence doesn't. So, what are those extra things it got?

So basically my compliant is that enhanced body is EXACTLY like enhanced condition. You guys say that enhanced body is only for your physical body while enhanced condition is body AND mind. However I found that enhanced body has enhanced mind which literally has every enhanced mental ability including enhanced intelligence like wtf!?
