Purugaret was being attacked by a mysterious stranger with a cane.
Purugaret: "Why are you attacking me, sir?"
????: "How nice of you to give me the respect I deserve by calling me "Sir." To answer your question, My name is Marty, and I am here to destroy you."
Purugaret (Shifted to Cloth Yokai Slayer Mode): "Again, why?"
Marty: "To be frank, Your friends defeated and captured my master, Chamberlain. But since you are clearly the weakest., I am picking you off first."
Marty's cane fired off dark bolts. Purugaret countered with Cloth Yokai Caressing Net. A cloud of cloth caught the attacks with its soft material. Purugaret then ran at Marty while ethereal fabric enveloped her fist.
Purugaret: "Cloth Yokai Fabric Launcher!"
She hit Marty right in the face, but he was fine. He thought the attack was a bluff until he was violently pushed away by a stream of cloth right into the side of a mountain. He coughed up some blood made of darkness as he got back up. Marty popped out one of the cane's eyes and tossed it out. The eye became a large drone to attack Purugaret.
Purugaret: "Waah!"
Marty: "Haha!"
Purugaret shifted to her newest power, Personal Magic Mode. In this state, her eyes bore markings around them, and she pulled out a wand from her hairpen.
Purugaret: "Progéniture: Strong One!"
Her life force and magic were drained from her to manifest a spry magical creature, and it attacked Marty viciously. Purugaret couldn't move from using such a spell. Marty was repelled but vowed to meet again as he ran off.
Strong One: "I did it, Mommy! ...Mommy?"
Purugaret (Sluggishly): "Naglupopphhh!"

Magic is a powerful, extraordinary, otherworldly force that is both the ability to perform extraordinary mystical powers and the otherworldly essence that fuels those powers. This power surpasses the laws of logic, science, and reality it is self by bringing the fictional and unreality to reality to change the very world itself. the esoteric energy of the universe is called “Mana,” which becomes Magic when manifested in different forms by individuals and can then be further honed through training and creativity.
They go by many names but in the modern age those who possess the power to wield magic are referred to as "Magic Users", every magic user possesses something called a “Mystic Core” which is the mysterious metaphysical and conceptual manifestation of one’s magical power. The core act as some sort of converter as the mana is absorbed into the user and converts it into magic. Only Magical Creatures/Mythpunks can use magic.
Magic users can learn any type of magic and can use their magic for a variety of diverse ways, depending on the overall mechanics of the type of magic there using, how the user perceives that magic, and how high their creativity is. For example, while two magic users can use fire magic however one user can use their fire magic in a more close-quarters style while the other uses their fire for mundane utilities like healing, or construction, it is all up to the user.
Magic-users with a high enough proficiency can transcend their magic to a higher tier of magical power and push their magic beyond their limits by creating new and more advanced ways to use them, improving their capabilities to unprecedented heights of power and efficiency. This is called “The Second Awaking,” “Extreme Force”, “Ultra Magic” or “Grand Magic.”
Rules
Only magical creatures/Mythpunks can use magic.
Plants, Animals, and even machines have the potential to be magic users.
When a magic-user runs out of magic, they must wait to recharge.
Magic cannot bring the dead back to life.

If a magic user's core is destroyed, they will lose their ability to use magic and, in some cases, may lead to death.
Magic users cannot be killed by natural, conventual, or scientific means, only magic can harm a magic user.
Magic is absolutely needed to defeat magic.
if one gets too creative or is interrupted in a crucial moment. Results range from amusing to annoying, but correctable, to destructive to lethal, to catastrophic to apocalyptic.
Without the knowledge or proper Training, the intended use of magic can create unpredictable or potentially dangerous results.
Magic cannot be used to create actual life (but artificial life is completely ok)
Because magic is an extension on a user it cannot be passed on to some else whether willingly or by force.
When a magic-user dies their magic dies along with them.
The laws of science, logic, reality have zero effect on magic unless combine with it.

Linker: magic users that draw their magic form “Special Entities” like summoning's, Familiars, Spirits etc.

In the past, magic users use a more "traditional" form of magic, requiring specific methods like long Incantations with ancient languages, rituals, and other extremely specific conditions to use magic properly. But as Magic began to evolve and develop into its current state seen in the present day. Using magic has become a more fast pace with shorter commands, gestures, or just by a thought, making it exceedingly versatile, streamlined, and easy-to-use compared to the old method.
Users can create brand-new spells and using them, sometimes on the fly, in some cases the user are able to create entirely new forms of magics. being capable of being adapted and utilized for many purposes such as offense, defense, support, and healing, as well as other, more practical purposes.

"Inner magic" is a term for powerful and very advance techniques that make a user’s magic push their hidden strength within themselves and amplify it, gaining much untold power due to their incredibly powerful force of magic.
Fantasia Form: the magic user and their magic unite as one single unit. The ending result being that the magic user becoming many times more powerful and achieving enormous levels of magical energy. When in Fantasia Form, the magic user 's appearance will change dramatically, altering their clothing, hair color and style, and even their physiology changes while adorning their skin with markings.
Realm Shifting: The magic user can externalize their own inner magic outside their body, materializing it into an actual environment.
Personal Emblem: The magic user possesses a personal symbol (brand, mark, imprint, etc.). This supernatural insignia, often emblazoned somewhere on the body, grants them extraordinary power based on its design and/or origins.
Inner Force: The magic user can tap into their mystic core like an inner beast, this allows them to use their unique abilities to vastly increase their own existing ones and/or unlock new ones.
Mythpunks
“Mythpunks” are a rare sub race of humans who have the innate ability to use magic. This is because that the user is a descendant of a magical creature. However, because magic is neither physical, mental, nor spiritual but it is completely its own separate force, the user could only gain the ability to use magic and nothing else. For example, if the user was a descendent of a mermaid, then the user would only have the ability to use magic and maybe some of her people's magic but none of the physical, mental, nor spiritual attributes that comes with being merfolk like gills or any “special knowledge” that only merfolk would be allowed to learn. Because mythpunks are still tactually human their magic does not awaken automatedly at birth but later in life usually between the ages of 8 to 16, in some cases at an older age and in even rarer cases at an early age, it all depends on the person. The odds of a someone becoming a mythpunks are extremely low about 3 to 5 present chances of possible awaking, it is all in the luck of the draw.
Types of Mana
Positive Mana: This mana comes from the Aether, it draws from the user’s talent, training, creative and experience to bring out the best in their magic. This type of mana is use by most magic users and set as the gold standard in the world of magic. Magic users that utilize this mana follow “The Path of light”
Negative Mana: This mana comes from the Nether, it draws from the user’s deepest, darkest, most unrestricted nature to fuel their magic This mana boosts the power and capabilities of magic but carries the risk of corrupting the bodies, souls, and magic of both users and victims alike; thus, its usage is classified as Forbidden Magic Magic users that utilize this mana follow “The Path of Darkness”
Twilight Mana: This mana comes from the Ethereal, it draws from the user’s twilight within themselves; an esoteric twilight that is form when one's inner light and inner darkness fuse as one forming something very powerful than just the two of them separately. It lies dormant with the user that contains very powerful and special properties that the wielder can use variety of effects that represent the thoughts and emotions of the users that are inherently balance by mystic principle of twilight. This type of mana is and ancient and lost art that only a small handful of magic users know about. Magic users that utilize this mana follow “The Scales of Twilight”
Mana Absorption/Recovery
Most magic user can regenerate mana automatically, when a magic user runs out of magic, they must wait to recharge. it can be regained through various methods such as:
Mana Absorption: A magic user is capable of naturally draw mana to his body through there mystic core. In the case that it becomes empty, the core will gather the surrounding mana like a magnet and assimilate in to the user, after a while, their Magical Power shall return to normal. The process works faster when the user is sleeping, eating, relaxing, and/or meditation techniques.
Mana Recovery Potions: Much like a video game there are potions designed to replenish one mana however because there such high demanded they can be a bit expensive including the more powerful ones
Mana Recovery Spells: There other magic user who developed spell that can restore or increase the recovery for a short period of time.
However, recent studies have identified another, unused, part of a magic user's mystic core that contains a large amount of dormant power, this is call “Core Release”. If a magic user somehow manages to unlock their core release, they will then receive an enormous boost in Magic Power and a faster recovery rate or they can wait until the right moment to unleash the Magic Power of their core release in order to gain an advantage in the battle.
At the beginner level a user's recovery rate is at 0.2 to 0.4% Mana per second, at the intermediate level a user's recovery rate is at 0.15 to 0.18% Mana per second and at the master level a user's recovery rate is at 0.25 to 0.28% Mana per second or higher.
If a user overuses mana during battle and crashes the limit, they will meet a situation called “Mana Exhaustion” in which he has to rest and recharge their core again, additional side effects may cause both mental and physical fatigue too.
Mana Reservoir

Power Spots and Dead Zones
In the magical world there, are certain areas were magic can be augmented these are known as “Power Spots” these areas can power up a user’s magic from a simple power boost to super charging it great levels. Some power spots are permeant while others are conditional for example one power spot will trigger seasonally while another power spot can only be trigger when a special magical event happens. However, there are areas were magic can be weakened these are known as “Dead Zones” these areas can weakened, distort or even block out a user’s magic all together. All magic users are born with their magic at birth, this is known as “The first Awaking.” (However, Mythpunks must wait until there old enough)
The stronger their magic, the more it manifests on their body. This usually starts on or around the eyes, but not always.
The user's magic may reflect their user's mental or physical state, or they may not. It is all in the luck of the draw.
Physical Strength and magical Strength are not the same so while a user may not be physically strong, their magical Strength can compensate for that, the reverse works in the same way.
Development
The best way to describe magic it is like a whole new form of art. Imagine if you were making a masterpiece, the artist is the magic-user, the paint is the magic, and the canvas is the world around them. On its surface magic is nothing more than some unknown force just taking up space but in the hands of a magic-user, this power can make limitless possibilities.
Magic is fuel by mana, but the true strength of magic comes from one’s imagination, theoretical ideologies, concepts, one’s inner nature and emotional spectrum. Magic is an extension on a user as the user develops, change, and grows Stonger so does their magic.
Once somebody has their magic, the user does not automatically have proficiency over their powers and must train themselves to effectively use their new powers. The more the user understands their capabilities, the greater the varieties of techniques the users can utilize, which eventually leads to the awakening itself. Those who cannot harness their magical powers well will not be able to utilize their abilities to the fullest. learning how to use magic can come in a versatility of training but to truly utilizes the magic you need to use creativity and imagination as well as training.
*Different Types of Styles
Athletes: magic users that use their magic in a more physical manner like a sport or a Marital Art
Freelancer: magic users that use a more free form style to use their magic.
Schoolers: magic users that use their magic in a more “Traditional” method through studying and knowledge
Gadgeteer: magic users that draw their magic from an outside source to act as a conduit or use it as an amplifier to their own magic (and in some cases both)
Driver: magic users that draw their magic form a “Drive” this can anything from a belief, an ideal, or from an aspect of nature itself.
Linker: magic users that draw their magic form “Special Entities” like summoning's, Familiars, Spirits etc.
Utilizing Magic
In the past, magic users use a more "traditional" form of magic, requiring specific methods like long Incantations with ancient languages, rituals, and other extremely specific conditions to use magic properly. But as Magic began to evolve and develop into its current state seen in the present day. Using magic has become a more fast pace with short commands, gestures, or just by a thought, making it exceedingly versatile, streamlined, and easy-to-use compared to the old method.
users can create brand-new spells and using them, sometimes on the fly, in some cases the user are able to create entirely new forms of magics. being capable of being adapted and utilized for many purposes such as offense, defense, support, and healing, as well as other, more practical purposes.

Here are the basic abilities/skills that every person can achieve if there are a magic user.
Magical Energy Manipulation: The ability to manipulation magic in its most basic form
Magically Enhanced Physiology: The users entire physiology is enhanced and modified through magic.
Magic Empowerment: To gain strength from magic.
Enhancement: The ability to use magic to increase, decrease or add special effects to the natural abilities of an object or one's own body.
Fantasy World Enforcement: The ability to enforce aspects of the fantasy/unreal world inside the real world.
Interaction: The ability to Interact magic and magical spells and treat them as if they were solid objects without being physically harmed.
Abjuration: The ability to use magic to protect/heal.
Creative Magic: The ability to use magic to create various constructs.
Rune Scripting: The ability to formulate magic symbols that can cause mystical events to occur.
Transmutation: The ability to use magic to transform living or non-living things.
Divination: The ability to use magic to gain information through extrasensory means.
Specialization: The ability to use multiple forms of magic.
Mythpunks
“Mythpunks” are a rare sub race of humans who have the innate ability to use magic. This is because that the user is a descendant of a magical creature. However, because magic is neither physical, mental, nor spiritual but it is completely its separate force, the user could only gain the ability to use magic and nothing else. For example, if the user was a descendent of a mermaid, then the user would only have the ability to use magic and maybe some of her people's magic but none of the physical, mental, nor spiritual attributes that comes with being merfolk like gills or any “special knowledge” that only merfolk would be allowed to learn. Because mythpunks are still tactually human their magic does not awaken automatedly at birth but later in life usually between the ages of 10 to 16, in some cases at an older age and in even rarer case at an early age it all depends on the person. The odds of a someone becoming a mythpunks are extremely low about 3 to 5 present chances of possible awaking It is all in the luck of the draw.
Mana Reservoir
There are a small handful of magical species that generate magic on their own, acting as a source for the archaic energy and can even empower other magic-users. These species go by a nickname known as “Mana Reservoirs.” While the These species can emit magic, these species still require training and education to use it themselves. And Because These species can emit magic, using the magic themselves could be overpowered and could make it harder to control.
The Ley Line Principle
In ancient times, Because the humans cannot naturally produce magic like in the magical world, magical creatures use their magic to create a ley line around the planet so that they use magic more properly. “The Ley Line Principle” is the process on how magic is cycle around earth, the mana from the ley lines rain down all over the planet, the magic user absorbs the mana and coverts it to magic, once the magic has been cast the leftover residual magical energy gets sent back up to the ley lines and the cycle begins all over again.
