Physical Augmentation

Can anyone explain Rule Bending to me? Like when is it breaking and when is it bending? How does it achieve self/body supremacy wouldn't their changes go back to normal eventually. For example if the user decided to mess with their personal variables like strength or speed and decided to increase them would they eventually revert back to their original values essentially being physical augmentation or would it be a permanent change? I assume you wouldn't be able to increase the variables limitlessly, would it be more like making the improbable probable, so if its impossible for the user to achieve superman like strength then they wouldn't be able to do it but if it was possible to achieve some spiderman feats they could?

tldr: What are the limits on bending when does it become manipulating or outright breaking variables/aspects? Maybe give a generalised example or analogy pls.

Just as the title states, would you guys say electricity manipulation could be used in a similar fashion to All for one quirk like stockpile power?

I'm creating a character, who is a superhero that uses life-force manipulation to fight, and I can't think of a good superhero name.

The Way He fights:

When he is fighting villains he mostly uses life-force constructs to fight and augmenting his body with life-force energy to fight villain.

HIs personality:

His is very cheerful person who isn't scared of confrontation, he is very smart too and usually uses it when he is fighting a villain or in a serious situation. He also doesn't mind breaking the rules if the situation calls for it. He is very laid back and makes jokes to make his friends or the people around him laugh but he does it while also having proper etiquette. his is also very ambitious and confident in his abilities, whether they are his superpower or his skill he has mastered through hard work and talent. people around him would usually describe him as the sun.

Physical description:

He is 2 meters tall, so i think 6'6. he has silvery grey hair and golden eyes, and an olive skin tone. has a muscular build. his life-force constructs are a silvery white colour, and when he turns inanimate object to animals or plants the life-force is golden in color.

So if you guys can think of a cool and creative superhero name please let me know.

I got this idea for a page when seeing La Brava from My Hero Academia. Her Quirk allows her to amplify someone's attributes through her genuine love for the said person.

So, how about an emotion version of Augmentation.

Empathic Augmentation - the power to increase someone through their emotional attachments. As in have an emotion attachment towards someone and that person's power is fueled by their emotions. May even augment through various or specific emotions.

How's that?

Despite the title it wasn’t the birth itself that was abnormal but what was being birth a.k.a you. Time has been reversed back to May 30, 2018 and because of your past being manipulated you were born with physical(Includes biological aspect) and mental capabilities that normal/average humans do not possess. Thanks to this you don’t have much trouble with anything physical or mental compared to the rest of humanity. At one point before you turn 13 you obtained emotion based abilities based on your personality all thanks to a certain situation.Besides that your life remains mostly the same in terms of all events that have taken place. But a couple things that you wished you would’ve done the first time around happens this time.
