Positive Forces Manipulation

Description of White Fire Generation says it's some kind of pure flame merged with some sort of positive forces. It strengthens, flourish and so on. What does this mean? What are all of those positive forces? Like, if I generated white fire into something, it won't burn but heal and bloom? It doesn't make sense, it's more like Reversed Effect.
