Power Warping

Don't you guys think Power Warping has too many descriptions? It's a bit too much that it has many applications and descriptions. Can it be shortened, please?

Can someone please tell me why loyalty based power manipulation is the intermediate version of superpower manipulation and not power warping?

So, I have an OC named Powerstrike who wields the Great Force via imagination manipulation. His primary weaknesses are:

Health: Can't use his powers if he's not in his peak mental state like being exhausted or sick. Can and will cause strain.

Power limitations: can absorb/copy 10% of powers for 10 minutes during a 10-second timeframe. A full 10 seconds lets him permanently keep the power at its original strength.

However, I'm having trouble choosing which superpower manipulation works best, superpower manipulation or power warping.
