So, there was this post of mine that is basically you create 3 different superpowered forms with different powers each (imagine that you're Shazam but with 3 different superpowered forms).
However, unlike the former post, this time you'll have to bestow 3 superpowered forms to other people, instead of yourself.
They are powerless by themselves, but through saying the form's name, they can change into those forms (but only if they genuinely wants to transform, so saying its name anytime will not change you, unless you want to). But, how are they?
Well, I'd say you only have to create 3 superpowered forms to only 1 person, unless you have a really great amount of free time. It's up to you, do how many people you want, but I recommend only 1 so people can have more ideas to put in practice into others.
You can also make a reply even to someone who already received 3 forms (because imagine here that each person has its own scenario).
Also, interact! You can also comment to what people made to you.

Rules:
Each form must have different powers from each other. For example: While Form 1 has Telekinesis, Form 2 and 3 doesn't.
You can choose each form's Power Level, but none of them can't pass tier High 5-A (Dwarf Star Level).
No OP, Meta, Absolute, Omni, Almighty, Meta, Transcendent, Defiance, Bypassing, Divine Powers. And also, you can't have any power/ability/application related to Superpower Manipulation and the like.
Reality Warping and the like are okay, but like the forms' maximum power-level, they have to be less powerful than tier High 5-A

You can enter two different forms or modes that gives you access to powers you do not posses in your normal state. You can only maintain the modes for about an hour, rapidly switching between them will result in less time you are able to hold the mode. There is a 10-15 minute recharge time between uses.
The two modes must have a different power set than the other and different appearances So one mode can have telekinesis but the other can't and can't use other forms of telekinesis like tactile. Over time you'll be able to hold the modes for longer and switching won't be as draining.

What you'll do:
You are a Goliath, a human being with the ability to enter a form where you incredibly large and posses supernatural powers. This forms size increase can be as simple as a few extra feet to being up to 25ft tall. You gain supernatural powers in this form. The only downside is that staying in this form for too long can be physically exhausting. At most you can remain in the form and perform at peak levels for about 3 hours before it begins to wear you down.
Most Goliaths tend to fight in arenas for human entertainment and are typically handsomely compensated or join the task force created to deal with extremely dangerous Goliaths. That being said, most humans have a great distaste for Goliaths outside the entertainment industry. Some Goliaths undergo a change in physical appearance upon transformation. Altering their eye/hair style/color, growing horns, tails, etc but this is uncommon.
No omni, meta, almighty, absolute, potence, defiance, logic based powers; or any form of power/ability bestowal.

Scientists attempted to harness extra-dimensional energy to replace fossil fuels, but it was too much for us to control. Releasing it into the atmosphere. This event was called "The Overload". It imbued some humans with its energies but most died. The government has begun abducting what they call D-Humans to use as a power source as D-Humans appear to be able to generate this extra-dimensional energy. You have become a D-Human imbued with extra-dimensional energy allowing you to enter a form in which you posses powerful abilities. You can maintain this form for 1 hour, but this can increase from training.
