What limitations should Almighty Psycho Warping (which I have named Psychopotence) have? Or, to be precise, for the user, not the power itself (to preserve the sanctity of it being an Omnipotent-level ability). I've been talking to @AzQth about the nature of Omnipotent Reality Warping in this thread. For Psychopotence, I am using the interpretation that has Omniscience in it. To quote myself, you know everything about everything, making it a "reality" in your eyes, so therefore you can manifest and control it. I consider this a high risk, high reward type power.
