Reality Energy Manipulation

Hello everyone. I was just curious about the different forces in comics that allow wielders to command superpowers with either a scientific or mystical nature. But Ive been wondering if there are forces that could surpass both. Then I started thinking of the Beyonders from Marvel.

They supposedly commanded a power that transcended both fields and allowed them to travel to any realm and to destroy any entity they came across, whether they be Galactus or Mephisto. This is mainly due to the fact that their powers were trans dimensional.

So I was wonddering. Would being able to control extra dimensional energy give you power that defies both the laws of science and magic

What do you guys say
