Slow-Motion

So, flash can shoot lightning because he has speed force I know but I was thinking if there is some way a speedster can create energy in his body with the help of pure super speed and shoot it.

If yes then how,

If no then why,

Also what are some additional abilities that come with pure super speed for example- Intangibility by shaking yourself at super speed.

I am writing a character who has only Pure super speed so I need help with giving him some extra abilities to back him up but not by giving him more than one superpower.

After a ray of ''Cosmic Energy'' strikes you, your body has been remodeled not only to be at the physical human peak (Included accelerated healing process), but gained the powers of a ''Time Speedster''. Basically, you can dispatch yourself into a faster timestream and while you move like in the current one, everything around will ove at ''slow-motion'' compared to you. While in this timestream, you can move things around and ignore some laws of physics thanks to the strange nature of warped time, which includes ''Speed Strikes'' capable of delivering strikes of incredible power.

By going into faster timestreams, you can go so fast that the time-space continuum breaks and allows you to travel forwards in time, but this is a very dangerous ability. You can indeed time travel, but only into the future and you can't ever return back where you started, being permanently stuck in whatever future moment you've arrived. As expected, one major weakness is that repeated use can be exhausting towards the user and eventually returning to the original timestream, needing to rest for a while before starting to run again. Another key ability gained after transforming into a Time Speedster is ''Accelerated Comprehension/Thought'', allowing you to think and absorb information at insane speeds, having your memory capacity surpassing even that of the best supercomputers (Like understand a language in at least 72 hours).

What would you do with these powers? Would you be a hero? A villain? An anti-hero?

I wonder if user of Time Spotting completely pauses time, could users that can move infinately fast be unaffected by it? Because Supernatural Speed can move “so fast that anything else appears to be slowed down.” (Definition of Slow-Motion) So, SP allows its wielder to move so and it mimicrs Time Reduction. Essentially, I think that Absolute Speed allows one to move so fast that time stops completely and they will no longer be able to interact with anything. So, if user of AS enters this state where they move infinately fast, would they be affected by complete pause of time?

In my opinion, no, they won't. Absolute Speed is a reliable way to be immune to time alteration of this kind. How do you think? Should this be limitation for TS?
