What are some powers that can stand Up against Superspeed? I Want a power that's not too broken but not something simple as Invisibility or Mines.

Mental Infection - Cognitohazards/Infohazards. Pretty self-explanatory, the user can create a mentally or psychically infectious thought process or suggestion, being malignant or harmful to the target.
Personal Cells: Or Self-Cellular Manipulation.

Soul/Spiritual Adaptation: Also blame him for this. This covers the possible metaphysical adaptations done to the soul in terms of what it can do.

So, we all know Speedsters can shake there body at super speed so can they create enough force by shaking that can cause earthquakea and fissures ?
So, flash can shoot lightning because he has speed force I know but I was thinking if there is some way a speedster can create energy in his body with the help of pure super speed and shoot it.
If yes then how,
If no then why,
Also what are some additional abilities that come with pure super speed for example- Intangibility by shaking yourself at super speed.
I am writing a character who has only Pure super speed so I need help with giving him some extra abilities to back him up but not by giving him more than one superpower.
