Neon is a tall human-like alien with a muscular body, and a clean and beautiful face. He has a pale skin, with souless grey eyes, and a unkempt messy light blonde hair. Around his head, it has certain spots that seems to be "cracked" (this is due to his past battles).
As an outfit, he wears something like a black coat with gray details, with an “electronic gadget” around his neck, he has a white belt, black pants with gray details, and black boots.
Personality
Neon, one of Pontrax's most feared and merciless heralds, embodies an uncompromising tyrant who holds no regard for the lives of his victims. Veiled in an aura of silence and stoicism, he chooses his words sparingly, speaking only when necessary. With an air of arrogance, he exudes an imposing presence, his demeanor radiating fear, haughtiness, and an icy indifference towards those he deems unworthy of power - the very individuals he perceives as potential candidates to serve his master.
Rarely deviating from his serious countenance, Neon finds himself devoid of emotions beyond those he possesses. Since his "adoption" by Pontrax, he remains untouched by the spectrum of emotional experiences, forever immune to the depths of sadness or the heights of joy. Driven solely by unwavering loyalty to his master, he maintains an aura of coldness, stoicism, arrogance, and bitterness towards all others. Remarkably, he appears unperturbed by the devastating genocide wrought upon his homeworld by Pontrax, his apathy casting a chilling shadow upon everyone.

Master Combatant: Being Pontrax's first herald, he already had fought countless battles in the past. As such, he has an incredible mastery over many forms of combat, mostly hand-to-hand combat and a certain good use with his javelin and gravitational powers. Among the heralds, Neon is the one with the highest proficiency with combat, as seen when he was the one who Pontrax requested to fight in the Cosmic Tournament. Neon's proficiency in combat extends to mastery in multiple martial arts from various galaxies, making him a versatile and unpredictable opponent in hand-to-hand combat situations.
Javelin Proficiency: Like said, his weapon of choice is a large javelin (a light spear that was designed primarily to be thrown in the past), which he can be used in long-ranged attacks (which he can telekinetically move it), but also at close-range combat.
Enhanced Memory: Neon possesses an eidetic memory, enabling him to recall every battle strategy, cosmic phenomenon, and encounter he has experienced with perfect clarity. his remarkable cognitive ability allows him to adapt swiftly to new challenges and exploit his adversaries' weaknesses with unparalleled precision.

Neon was recruited/adopted by Pontrax when he was just 10 years old, after the entity did a genocide on his planet (Ta'Rardia) and being the only survivor. Neon didn't know the person who adopted him was the one who destroyed his home to that time; but after sometime (a really long time), Pontrax told him about it, and surprisingly, Neon didn't care.
He has destroyed more than 200 million entire planets in his lifetime, and more than 100,000 stars. He did that according to his master's main goal, which is only that the heralds can do anything they want.
Neon currently travels around the universe in search of potential strong individuals, so they can be tested as worthy of being a herald of Pontrax. Due to also being one of the most powerful heralds, he tests those said potential individuals in battles.
Neon's mastery of gravitational forces extends to his ability to manipulate celestial bodies on a cosmic scale. On one occasion, he orchestrated a planetary alignment to create a breathtaking cosmic phenomenon visible from light-years away, earning him admiration from beings across the universe.
He doesn't have an actual, predominant base (as he can teleport and/or fly through interstellar distances in days). But Pontrax created for him a very good planet that can serve as a "summer house".
Since they fought in the Cosmic Tournament, Neon doesn't like Unichtozhitel and considers him as a fool with great luck.
Neon was manipulated so heavily by Pontrax, that even after the entity told him about his backstory, Neon couldn't help but feel nothing.
He rarely smiles, really. Since the day that he was born, one could count in the fingers all the times he had smiled.
