For example gustatory precognition. The ability to taste food for what it would taste like in future. This pretty much just make food taste rot and mold or your like your own digestive waste. Even though it taste like shit (no pun intended), it's still perfectly normal food in reality. Pretty much makes forces you to pick certain food that don't taste bad when it age.
