I'm looking for ideas i can use for my team(s) in my works of fiction.
Can someone give me a link for archetypes for teams/team members.
I want you to show me your own superhero teams and I want you to tell me: Team names, members, headquarters, dynamics, etc.

What are some unique ideas for a team of heroes that I can use to improve my team of herosonas (who, for the sake of brevity and reference, will be referred as the Lucky-7)
What I'm looking for my team is theme, motivations, inspiration, etc.
Can you have a team name called the Quirks, and not have it be related to BNHA/MHA, cuz I've been flipping back and forth this idea for the longest and I still haven't decieded, and it's kinda stressing my out.
Working on a story about a team of teenage oddballs and outcasts known as the "Superdorks" who try they're best at being superheroes.
First question, what do you think would be a perfect headquarters for the Superdorks, I'll ask some more questions later.

Here's another day to "Sharing my OCs" series!
Today, is about something that is neither a character in particular or a species, but about an organization.
---------------------------------------------
Comment, give an opinion, a recommendation, a question, etc!
Please, don't steal my OCs.
As in sometime I always edit or change something, this kind of posts may be outdated in some days.
---------------------------------------------
Today's character(s) are the International Union of Heroes.

"Congratulations! Superheroes were just bureaucratized."

The International Union of Heroes (IUH) is a global organization created by the governments around the world to manage the recurring and rising occupation and concept (respectively) in the world: heroes and superpowers.
Information
Official Name: International Union of Heroes (IUH).
Headquarters: City of Heroes, Utah, United States of America.
Leader/CEO: Callisto.
Second-in-Command: Trevor Jacobs.
Affiliations;
- World Security League (WSL): Their first and successful superhero-related project, which was originally called Project League. The WSL members are direct subordinates of the IUH (despite most of them not liking being commanded). However, the IUH gave them permission to be more "free", and not just "subordinates".
- TGZ: They are the first heroes, and as such, are indirectly responsible for the creation of the organization. The TGZ doesn't like the concept of the IUH, but they accept some things of them, because otherwise, they'd be considered illegal vigilantes.
Foundation: Sometime between 2018-2022.
Founder: Callisto (under the UN).
Status: Active.
Employees: Several.
Notable Places;
- City of Heroes: A city build in the middle of the desert of the state of Utah (in USA).
- The World Pallace: The main building of the entire organization. It's pretty big (talling around 500 meters), being made of high-tech and optimal materials. It is localized in the exact middle of the COH.
Staff
Callisto - The person behind the foundation and the leader of every hero existent in the planet. Callisto is a woman extremely feared from all organizations and heroes in the world. It's said that she is the only one capable of making Captain Molecular bow in submission (despite her being, presumably, a low-level superhuman). She's kinda tall and of a defined appearance, possess a tanned skin, long black hair and brown eyes. She's known for being an incredibly competent person in all aspects, as well being very focused and determined on her job and is the one who generally/personally gives missions to the WSL and occasionally the TGZ.
Trevor Jacobs - The second-in-command of the organization and the companion of Callisto. He's often with her and is the one who contacts the heroes about missions specified by the IUH. He's a man of average height, white skin, short brown hair and blue eyes. He's kinda of clumsy (comparing to his companion), but is still a competent person nevertheless.
Classifications
The IUH has developed a hierarchical system of classes to all heroes and superpowered individuals (so these can be used even to villains and other people). Using the greek alphabet, they made the system based from Alpha to Omega.
Alpha Class (α) - The strongest and most powerful individuals from all the organization, the world and possibly even the universe. Alpha Heroes are the ones who are endowed with great power, powerful enough to rivalize with cosmic powerhouses. In power-level, they are anyone beyond Solar System-level. Some heroes of this level includes Captain Molecular, Ms. Celeste, Aether, Fromthetime and Siberian General (due to his durability and initial ranking on the Russian Army).
Beta Class (β) - They are considered to be the most numerous (in powers) and are as respected as the alpha ones. Beta Heroes are any individual that has a power-level around or beyond Stellar-level. Some heroes of this level includes the Hyper, Mindman, Kinetic, Starbooster, Steel Master and Southern Sorceress.
Gamma Class (γ) - The one with less individuals, but yet endowed of great power. Gamma Heroes ranges from country-levels of power, to planetary ones. Some heroes of this level includes Horizon, The Shapeshifter, Hope and Techman.
Delta Class (δ), Epsilon Class (ε) and Zeta Class (ζ) - There are several not well-known heroes around the world, who all of them falls under one of these 3 classifications. They range from street-level of power, to country ones.
Eta Class (η) and Theta Class (θ) - They are, generally, the weakest heroes out there. They are mostly vigilantes and/or superpowered individuals with minor powers. Even if a vigilante isn't a superhuman, they must be associated with the IUH to act as such (if not, they are considered criminals).
Omega (Ω) - These are the heroes/individuals that doesn't have a defined power-level and/or characteristics to catalogue them in some level (due to little of them being shown or else). To the ways of examples, Hyperman is considered someone of this level. Recently, Nam-Hur as well (but with him disguising as a human). All people who enters the organization are all, firstly, at Omega-level, before being resigned to another one.
Technology, Weapons & Paraphernalia
All heroes and individuals affiliated to the organization are received with some special "gifts", them being:
Hero ID - A document which contains legal permission to one act as a hero, catalogued powers/abilities of them (together with some "tips" of possible uses with them), and a kind of "insurance" that covers all the colateral deeds of a hero during their tasks.
Danger Sensors - A kind optional items where with it heroes can accurately detect any problem around their area (and also depending on their classification), the opponent's specifications/powers/abilities, and some useful tactics against them.
Other than these gifts, the IUH possesses in their arsenal several types of high-tech weaponry and paraphernalia, and also an incredibly developed system of satellites that are capable of sensing a galactic area (most of them were developed by the likes of Hyper, Mindman, Techman and Steel Master, together with other supergenius people).
They also have in their hands great chemistry and genetic knowledge that can be used on the studies of the superhuman genes.
Trivia
The IUH is based on organizations in fiction of the same premise, such as Hero Association (One Punch-Man), S.H.I.E.L.D. (Marvel Comics), etc.
Despite not being that liked by society and the heroes themselves (due to them viewing any "company" as corrupt somehow), most of the corporation are more concerned with genuine problems than money or the like. However, this doesn't mean that they are little good bosses. Some executives are in constant corruption-related crimes, which make Callisto and Trevor incredibly stressed and pissed-off with those people (resulting on they firing them).
Some consider the classification system of the organization to be kind of unreliable, since some heroes are either way more powerful than what they are considered, or some are way weaker than their level.
Even if a great amount of heroes (like the TGZ) doesn't like the concept of a "boss" taking care of them, they still affiliate themselves to them due to not wanting to be viewed as criminals or else.
In the world, the IUH completely forbids merchandise of any of their heroes (unless the said heroes allows it), and anyone who tries to sell it are rapidly sued.
All of their incomes are financed by several instituitions, governments and businessmen around the world.
Despite the great interest taken by all of society in heroes, villains and superpowers, the organization is completely uninterested in sharing their technology and superpower-bestowing things to civilians. Because of that, recently, "super-items" traffic are a constant problem in the current world.
Ironically, one of the most wanted people to the IUH isn't a villain of great power. Instead, is Eskeleton, because of his great knowledge over the superhuman biology and the dangerous capability of creating villains purely for the sake of "wanting to".
