Telekinetic Force Manipulation

Title is self explanatory but I dont like leaving small boxes like this. I am in the progress of making a character and I got the powers for them, including the two I mentioned but long story so I wont deep dive into it, but I am working on actually balancing these powers out for their verse and I just sort of threw TFM in without knowing what it was and reading what it was, it just sounds like stronger telekinesis, can I please get a comparison between the two please

Let’s say you have one ability from the ultimate level of telekinesis that doesn’t automatically mean you have the master level tier right? Because you only have one power from that tier but you have never displayed all the powers within that tier. Because I have been seeing a lot of people stating that just because character X who has mostly displayed basic levels telekinesis has one ability (Disintegration) from the master level of telekinesis that automatically means that their telekinesis is master level therefore they have every single ability within that tier which is wrong right?

Im writing a story right now starting a boy named Jaylin who has telekinesis after something called "The omniality event" but he doesn't know that he has power absorption with makes him a power vacuum absorbing any type of energy accidentally or purposely making a certain transcendent being attracted to him.

So he has an encounter with a nigh all powerful being, using his one weakness against him catches him off guard and absorbs his powers but also the being itself.

Having good communication with the deity lets him know that when he dies, he can truly comeback to life nigh all powerful just like his new brothers and sister... with him coming back he's nigh all powerful but new to everything and that's where the help of his new family comes in to play. This is the ranking i'm thinking of:

1st: the one true being God(father)

2:God's child(Michael, Lucifer, undecided name for girl, and now Jaylin(do to him absorbing, dying and resurrecting into this divine being he's now part of this ascended family)

3 & down: every other being in creation

All of the children are nigh all powerful but in a certain aspect they control which is vital for totality to exist and flow correctly but i don't know what aspects for them yet. I need help with some of his powers pre and after transformation Imk y'all's ideas and power/aspect suggestions :)

Imagine you gain the power of Supreme Divinity, the power given to the God of God's, the monotheistic deity, or the anti god, but you are a astral deity, source, and embodiment of psionics, psychic power, and the astral plane.

With Telekinetic force It says that you have basic telekinesis but with extreme raw power in the applications it shows cosmic telekinesis and Telekinesis manipulation which has the advanced and higher tiers of telekinesis which Telekinetic force says it doesn't have cause its supposed to be just a basic But extremely powerful Robust variant of telekinesis so what I'm trying to ask is does someone with Telekinetic force manipulation have all of those applications like manipulating matter at a atomic and would they be able to use them in a fight
