Tentacle Manifestation

The ability to generate tentacles from one's own hands.

Imagine being able to generate tentacles from one's own hands, would that be cool and awesome?

Aren't they the same thing? Or is one just more precise and accurate while the other is more durable?

Months ago i made a post about being able to manifest tentacles with a single power. People seemed to somewhat like it. So i decided to redo it but with a different approach.

After undergoing a highly experimental procedure (willing or unwilling), you have 8 ports on your back that, at will, will manifest cybernetic tentacles that you have full control of. You can even feel things through them like they were your hands but it doesn't hurt if they are damaged. These tentacles, despite being cybernetic, can appear as organic or inorganic depending on your tastes. It would appear the procedure also made your physique more powerful, granting you enhanced physical abilities.

Each tentacle can extend up to 6m (20-19ft), lift 2.5 tons, move fast enough to block automatic gunfire, durable enough to withstand bullets and small explosions, have a self repair function (full hour to replace a missing tentacle), immunity to E.M.Ps/magnetism/hacking, and seem to posses a singular supernatural ability (despite the fact they are technological in nature) that can only be used when the tentacles are active.

Unfortunately, you only have access to four out of eight but you work your way up through training. With each new tentacle, you gain an overall increase in your tentacles power, speed, durability, and range by a factor of ×1.5. You weren't the only one who underwent this procedure, some of the others are not the most well intentioned people, and for some reason people are naming their tentacles.

No omni, meta, almighty, absolute, potence, logic, defiance, ability/power creation or bestowal powers. You can have power replication but it is only temporary.

You gain the ability to manifest tentacles on various parts of your body and easily control them. These tentacles are extremely strong, durable, fast, and versatile. They are able to extend up to 6 meters (or roughly 20-19 feet). At first you only can manifest 4 at a time but eventually work your way up to 8 by training. Each new tentacle you get increases the overall power, its range, and your control.

The tentacles also posses a unique ability that can only be used when the tentacles are active. Unfortunately, you're not the only one with this power. Eveyone who has this ability seems to name their tentacles for some reason. At the basic level each tentacle can lift up to 2.5 tons, are unaffected by most firearms (except for high caliber rounds), are fast enough to block automatic gunfire, and can regenerate if damaged (it takes an hour to regenerate a cut off tentacle)
