Time Stopping

Is anybody aware of any Time Resurrection Superpowers so like I can create a Page maybe where A person can only Resurrect a being when they're from a specific point in time and do nothing else like I think Black Flash of DC Comics is the example of the opposite of what I'm looking for because he can travel throughout time and kill people but I'm looking for some who can like use their memories or any type of time-traveling ability to bring someone to life

Could the snow created by Snow Manipulation become so cold that it causes Ultimate Freezing or can snow not go into Absolute Zero temperature?

I wonder if user of Time Spotting completely pauses time, could users that can move infinately fast be unaffected by it? Because Supernatural Speed can move “so fast that anything else appears to be slowed down.” (Definition of Slow-Motion) So, SP allows its wielder to move so and it mimicrs Time Reduction. Essentially, I think that Absolute Speed allows one to move so fast that time stops completely and they will no longer be able to interact with anything. So, if user of AS enters this state where they move infinately fast, would they be affected by complete pause of time?

In my opinion, no, they won't. Absolute Speed is a reliable way to be immune to time alteration of this kind. How do you think? Should this be limitation for TS?

[What actually happens when time is stopped? Doesn't stopping literally freeze everything. Does the ability have any object size restrictions? Won't freezing time stop molecular movements like Oxygen and kill the caster? The person wouldn't be able to breath and die. Or something will happen cause the microorganisms in the body stop functioning. Also how does the caster move objects that are frozen in time as they should stop completely moving]

[I guess most authors just put it down to Plot Convenience. What are your thoughts on this]
