Time Travel

Imagine if your going through a tough time in your life and are sitting alone somewhere in the outdoors when suddenly you future self appears in front of you and tells you that everything will be ok and that these horrible event will shape you into a person you can be proud of in the future. With that they disappear.

How would Time Stopping work if it only applies if the user enters a specific dimension? Would others be able to detect the time stop? or would time continue forward for others but, when the user return, they return from the moment they left...? Does this count as time traveling? Would other beings be able to detect any temporal changes to the user?

So let's say that there are 4 timelines, with the first timeline being considered the prime timeline. If a character is in the future and needs to get from timeline 4 to the prime timeline from a nexus point in the past without entering the other 2 timelines how would they do that? They have complete control over Space-Time and can time travel; would they need to travel to that nexus point and go from there, or could they just enter the other timeline from the future by looking into the alternate ones?

Let say a person wants to go through time or another timeline but doesn't want to get caught via legal documents or being illegal individuals, so each time the user is traveling through a different era there appearance/form adjust to the time period to suit there survival. (For example if a time traveler went to the paleolithic period, they would have the trait of a cave man.)

you wake up in the old American Wild West but not fully your self for one thing you’re immortal and also an humanoid/anthropomorphic version of an existing animal you have all the the natural abilities of that animal but also proportionate too a human if it was small animal and you have a one random you can get a different power if you happen to get any aversions or any powers your animal already has.

You soon discover there a more like you and your kind has become somewhat of a mystery among the masses some say witchcraft some say it’s a disease but you’re largely not trusted. Get a Random power but also get a random animal species through inputting animal based powers into the the random power bar once you got your power then tell how you react what you look like what name you go by and what do you do also how is modern society changed boy your actions in the past

Basically could path to victory achieve time travel or is it out of it's range capabilities or impossible to do so?
