Total Mimicry

Can a user with Total Mimicry mimic someone who has Singularity or Power Mimicry Immunity?

Could Total Mimicry copy beings with Totality Embodiment (Omnipotent Level) or even Omnipotence?

Let's say Subject A, who has Total Mimicry is trying to copy the powers of Subject B, who has Omni-Energy Manipulation (You can replace it with any Powers you like) with Omni-Immunity. Can Subject A copy the powers Subject B? Will Subject A copy everything without Limit or gets rejected due to immunity of being copied of Subject B?

I need the answer for this Paradox with Valid Explanation.

Total Mimicry is a crazy power which allows you to copy anything. Whilst, Absolute Superpower Creation allows you to create any superpowers without any limitations. Which would win and which would you choose. Reason and Explanation is required.
