Transcendent Consciousness

I know it's been a while since I was here , but my question is that are these two powers different or the same because one says that they are the omnipotent mind of all of creation. And the other transcends all of creation and is a boundless and formless being that is the embodiment of all thought and imagination.

So my two question are this :

1. What is the difference between these two powers .

2. Can this one of these powers ( specifically transcendent consciousness ) is stronger than the other .
