Transcendent Lich Physiology

After waking up from a strange dream, you quickly realize that it has become reality. You are now in a fantasy world. Before you can clear your muddled mind a dark figure suddenly appears, seemingly out of thin air, and makes his way over to you. Skipping introduction’s and niceties he proceeds to explain your current predicament:

1. You have been transported to another universe. This place feels very familiar to you because you are originally from here to begin with. You and the other Monarchs were each sent to different worlds as children at the age of 5. Your memories were wiped before being sent, but being back in your home world you will soon regain those lost memories. (Maybe you were lucky, maybe not, regardless you grew up on Earth.)

2. You had (?) amount of years before you were naturally brought back, for two reasons: One, you must create your own Kingdom with your kin that are turned by you, whether by force or by willingness. Two, you have to participate in a ranking’s tournament to select the next King of Elavalur, the name of this world. (If you are, for example, the Elven Monarch, you will face the other three Monarchs and their armies in the tournament.)

How will you go about getting people for your Kingdom? Will you accept normal humans or other races in your city or will everyone that enters be turned?
