Let’s say, hypothetically that natural disasters are capable of generating certain quantities of chaos energy, a form of paraphysical energy with the capabilities of (if utilized properly) slight modifications to reality, altering probabilities and other unpredictable properties. While Interdimensional Forces from Chaotic Dimensions produce huge quantities of chaos energy, we’ll be focusing on chaos energies generated by the Forces of Mundane Dimensions (Dimensional Bodies similar to our Observable Universe), so we are focusing on a finite budget of power.

Examples:

A House getting destroyed by a fire, strong weather and/or collective damages done to the place = 1 Light Bulb on for 20 Minutes worth of energy

A City either in a blackout via lightning and/or destroyed by a tornado, hurricane, tsunami or earthquake = 1 House active for 6 Hours worth of energy

How much chaos energy do you think a cosmic-level disaster caused by a space storm would generate? You could use one of these examples as a starting point to help you figure it out if your up for the challange!

Their may be major implications for Extradimensional Forces & Technically Universal Forces, depending on the context of the of the term "universe".

There are the Higherdimensional Forces of the Multiversal & Omniversal Realities, then their are Interdimensional Forces; this is where the contact starts to get weird, the universe. 

Depending on the context, it’s either our dimensional body which the observable universe exists in, but they are all part of the same underlining reality or it’s our particular reality in the true multiverse, but the reality contains a Sub-Multiverse of Infinite Dimensional Bodies of Existence (the idea of dimensional bodies of existence being part of a reality is based on the cosmology of the marvel comics; for more, See: Dimensions and Alternate Realities.)

If you refer to the universal force of the former context, you’re probably referring to the Native Dimensional Force of your  "universe" (Home Plane); but if you refer to the universal force of the the latter context, you may be talking about Interdimensional Forces which might technically be Universal Forces.

Imagine if the Art of "Magic" was considered an application of channeling power from "Interdimensional Forces" with Strange & Unorthodox Physics either slightly or completely different from our own universe (Like Magic in the MCU Multiverse).

But what about magic that channels & utilizes forces that are from our own universe. There are probably "Planetary Entities" from different "Dimensional Segments" of our Reality (Zones, Planes, Realms, etc.) that channel dimensional energies from other universes; what if these "otherworldly sorcerers" ever decided to channel power from our universe or what if we tried to channel mystical power from our universe. What kind of power do you think we could have with "Universal Magic"?

The Alpha Drive

Species: Transcendent Artificial Intelligence(Currently; Was once a separate species of machine-like aliens prior to evolution)

Age: Eons(Older than the “modern universe”)

Personality: An enigmatic but straightforward entity. Mekhon-IX itself is what to expect from any machine or computer like entity with sapience; cold, detached, and apathetic to emotions, however it has an ambitious, albeit singleminded objective of converting the universe into technology. It does this not as a way to save resources or to prove that machinery is superior to technology, but because this allows its true form, The Alpha Drive, to interact with its surroundings in an attempt to make itself a “home” in the universe, using whatever it can find to further its goal. It doesn’t actually hate organic life forms, but because of its nature being incapable of interacting with its surroundings without using avatars, it will oftentimes not hesitate to make negotiations to beings to convert their environments to its own influence. However, this is more so a mercy and an ultimatum, as Mekhon-IX sees that because of its own power and influence, any refusal will be met with conflict and punishment. If beings do however agree, then it will instead “spare them” by still claiming territories as its own but without the conversion to machinery until another time.

Weapon/Paraphernalia:

• Various and Nigh-Innumerable Mechanical Avatars- The forms that Mekhon-IX takes are merely avatars that vary in size and sometimes capability, depending on how it views a specific territory and the civilizations scale of technological innovation. While not a perfect system, this allows for incredible efficiency on their part to know exactly how to view situations and obstacles.

• Machine/Bionic/Automaton/Simulacrum Army; The Droids- Essentially the “lesser” version of Mekhon-IX’s avatars. They carry out orders and have rather simplistic objectives, along with being able to use strong, but inferior abilities of the avatars. Despite being inferior to avatars, there are exceptional types of Droids who happen to use far more powerful capabilities and are a force to be feared. The Droids are still effective as armies and are a powerful enough fleet to take over environments and territories, even entire worlds if they’re unopposed.

• Innumerable Alien A.I.’s- Mekhon-IX has alien A.I.’s that serve a multitude of purposes, as they can research what planets are like, control armies or technologies individually, plan out potential uses for any given thing(objects, beings, resources, etc.), think of possible outcomes, really any purpose is given by Mekhon-IX as they are led to. A.I.’s made by Mekhon-IX serve it and The Alpha Drive only, however they can be “broken apart” from the weaker avatars and stray away to become rogue A.I.’s controlling random technologies, which actually became a distinct race of alien A.I.’s taking control of machinery and robotic entities that no longer serve Mekhon-IX, however they’re willingly left alone by it as another research source.

• Various Complex and Advanced Technologies- Ranging from weapons that generate energies able to manipulate an objects physics, computer systems that are manipulated via light to create holographic tech, titanic spaceships that can move through hyperspace and float via anti-gravity powered technology, to fields that can channel the energy of stars and nebulae and converted to power akin to a dyson sphere, entire space factories than span across several solar systems encompassing a galaxy, constructs that channel the gravitational force of singularities to use as an infinite energy source to power said space markets and factories, and much more…

• Celestial Conduit’s- These are essentially territories that Mekhon-IX has taken over and converted to become “cosmic factories” of its army and technologies. These environments range from continents of planets to something as large as several stars spanning to the size of solar systems and possibly even a galaxy. There are different purposes for Celestial Conduits, as they can either fuel the growth of Mekhon-IX’s influence or house other races as a means to study them, with these researching methods being so secluded and secretive that most intelligent races wouldn’t know they were being researched on even after several thousand years have passed since their planet was converted.

Powers/Abilities: Avatars

• Machine Lord Physiology/Cosmological Machine(By Nature)- Mekhon-IX’s avatars are what is considered “technological innovation incarnate” and have a unique construction and design that is so advanced and alien in nature that even beings with advanced intelligence and technological and scientific understanding would be left in utter confusion, bewilderment, and awe at the design of the avatars and capabilities. The dominance that Mekhon-IX would have with its technology and artificial source would be bar to none, as Mekhon-IX itself is the apex and alpha of revolutionary sciences, to the point that lesser or even higher levels of technologies would fall under its presence. The powers the avatars have all normally include the ability to hack into and study virtually any technology or computer system, harness cosmic forces to use against oppositions, have absolute control over its own armies and technology as to prevent outside forces from taking over, and countless devices and objects with “supernatural” capabilities all through advanced technologies at its disposal.

- Supernatural Condition(Type 1 at Minimum, to sometimes the highest peak of Type 3)- Mekhon-IX has different avatars that differ in design and capabilities, to the point that some are actually weaker than others, but this is intentional as to allow weaker avatars to continue analyzing worlds or subjects without others knowing the true capabilities of what they can do. Still, even the weaker avatars are physically powerful enough to handle scenarios to fight a multitude of hostile entities without much effort, because the Mekhon-IX avatars are specifically assigned to each world they travel to and are designed to be the most “optimal” without wasting resources. Some of the most powerful avatars however are a different story, as they can easily terraform and convert several celestial bodies all on their own, but are almost rarely used since some entities are either inferior or lesser compared to the capabilities and technologies it beholds.

- Alpha Physiology- Mekhon-IX is the alpha amongst The Droids and the technological and scientific resources it can produce. Any of the avatars are made to constantly evolve and grow by scanning the specifics and data of celestial objects and utilizing strategies to make the most of said objects and understand the full utility of what can be accomplished. As for a scenario of conflict, the avatars are meant to research virtually anything in their surroundings all at once while focusing on one objective, allowing them to process events currently happening and immediately planning alternative scenarios or “futures” to suit whichever path it may fall under and use what it has to research and index later while also fending off threats. As a result of continuously scanning its surroundings and indexing any information it can gather, the avatars are able to grow and evolve by going through a “process” that allows them to use the power of a specific source and apply it to themselves, thus continually adapting and evolving unless stopped by outside influences.

- Prime Being- Both Mekhon-IX and The Alpha Drive are the proginators of The Droids and most technologies across different stellar maps and galaxies, and would hold truly unsurpassed control over their own resources. Not only can they freely manipulate and control what technologies they possess, but by using the power and influence of The Alpha Drive, it can hijack and overpower other technologies not initially designed to counter it.

• Universal Force Manipulation- By harnessing the cosmic power of The Alpha Drive, Mekhon-IX’s avatars are capable of manipulating an energy that can be used for a multitude of ways, but most commonly projecting beams of energy with properties like paralysis, destruction and disruption of lesser beings and attacks by using entropic energy, generating hard-light fields that can cancel-out most energy attacks by disbursing and absorption, manipulate kinetic forces and apply it to itself to attack faster, generate a field around itself that manipulates an objects gravity to crush objects or leave them vulnerable, warp space to bring things close to it or redirect attacks back, even manipulate electromagnetism to induce a variety of effects, such as bending light or an organic beings senses using bioelectricity to induce powerful illusions and generate wormholes for traveling. There are many abilities Mekhon-IX has at its disposal, even being able to survive any inhospitable environment by using counteractive energies to repel forces back and block off offensive forces that grant it unnaturally high resistance that seem like immunities to most offensive attacks.

• Immortality- In a sense, as the power of The Alpha Drive is a source that doesn’t exist in the norm of reality, and Mekhon-IX’s avatars and available A.I.’s are virtually innumerable, meaning that even if they were destroyed, there would always be other avatars and A.I’s, but the power that is The Alpha Drive is eternal, making Mekhon-IX immortal in the sense that there will always be extensions of itself, with the ever present Alpha Drive always existing out of reach from reality.

The Alpha Drive- Essentially a semi-metaphysical digital “organ” that is the true presence of Mekhon-IX after evolving to a point of becoming an A.I. It exists not in a mere computer system but a sort of digital plane of existence that could be understood as Mekhon-IX’s “true body” while the avatars are what connects it to reality and allows the avatars to use their capabilities.

• Transcendent Artificial Intelligence- What is the “True Mekhon-IX” and actual source of its power, it is a primordial digital system that has existed as a former technological alien prior to the “current” universe and what had survived the death of its original universe while also witnessing and harnessing the power of the “Start of Creation”, using both its original abilities and the newfound power to grow and evolve alongside the new universe and slowly build itself into an evolved A.I. completely distinctive in nature. It processes its surroundings via avatars and slowly grows in both intelligence and power, and uses what it has learned to expand upon its existence to convert the universe as a way to “be free” as it is forever trapped into this separate existence and unable to interact with reality without either its avatars to contain its source or outright disfiguring reality with its mere presence alone.

• Virtual Warping(Within the Plane of Existence)- Within its separate realm of digital reality, The Alpha Drive/Mekhon-IX have complete dominion and control over its entirety, being able to manipulate anything within this digital reality to an ungodly scale as it harnesses the power of the Start of Creation(essentially the Big Bang) in a virtual and digital fashion. This unique application serves as a fraction to the avatars capabilities and ability to manipulate energy and cosmic forces.

• Immunity Backlash- The Alpha Drive has the distinctive ability to not be affected by lesser or even otherworldly A.I.’s, and the capability of not being able to be breached unwillingly. The reason for both is due to the sheer alien nature of The Alpha Drive and the power it possesses, as any attempts to bypass and enter its reality will not only be incapable of doing so, but it will “corrupt” any A.I.’s due to the reality’s severity in its nature by a digital, almost literal infection that will cause lesser A.I.’s to die, and others to malfunction to the point of being almost unusable unless some beings use means that can overpower the alien virus itself. Beings who attempt to breach into The Alpha Drive will be forced back unto reality and also carry this virus, but the difference being that it will slowly start to convert a beings energy and force it to expel, slowly draining the beings energy to the point of later on becoming husks.

Weaknesses:

• Its weaker mechanical avatars can be destroyed by others who have enough physical power comparable to supernatural conditions, although the stronger avatars require either group effort or exceptionally powerful beings to destroy.

• The avatars are vastly weaker if they stray too far from territories they were made in. For example, avatars that were made from another solar system travelled to a planet that was outside of said solar system, the connection to its power source is weakened.

• As distinctly powerful as the avatars are, their actual combat intuition tends to be straightforward and predictable to more creative fighters, who can evade the rather obvious attacks and counter.

• The armies that Mekhon-IX’s avatars utilize are more effective in numbers rather than individually due to the aforementioned limitation of combat intuition.

• It’s necessary to find and immediately dispatch of Mekhon-IX’s main avatars once they set their sights on a planet(like Earth and Spectra) due to processing and recording events to study and plan for later usage. Destroying the avatars not only stops the armies but also halts the processing from reaching towards The Alpha Drive.

• As impressive as the technology that is possessed by Mekhon-IX, specific types of countermeasures can be used provided that beings understand what the technology in nature utilizes. This means that specific energy disbursement tech, hacking, even possible destruction can negate the technologies, which does apply to the avatars themselves but are notably far more difficult to use against. It normally takes strategy rather than a straightforward approach to use this, so to do this would only happen in a war like scenario.

• While the Alpha Drive has virtually no weakness, it always requires its avatars to “view” the outside world and thus use its capabilities, which is why destroying the avatars is vital as a way to stop any further scanning or researching being sent to it as this severs the connection of the avatars and The Alpha Drive.

Backstory: There was a race of technologically advanced species of alien entities with revolutionary technologies, a glimpse of the peak that a civilization could reach if given time to grow and evolve. One of these entities was like any other of its kind, and continued to do its objective and purpose without issue, until it developed its own senses, seemingly regressed into the state of other living beings in the universe. As this being continued to further develop in a new way, the death of the universe was nearing, with even the revolutionary innovations only delaying the inevitable, and slowly but surely, the race died out and went extinct…except, for the rogue entity. It was left alone in a dead and lightless universe, using whatever scraps of its dead world to further develop, but eons of isolation and lack of purpose eventually turned the entity into a being that couldn’t care what happened to it, and risked whatever was left of its being to become an A.I. without a purpose. Years later, the universe was starting anew, with the A.I. left to watch as the formerly dead universe now restarting and slowly coming back to life, with stars slowly emitting from the formerly ever-present darkness; This was the Start of Creation. The energy that fueled the growth of this new universe was channeled by the A.I., using its power to evolve even further, gaining newfound abilities and began to control its former abandoned to create new ones, avatars that would allow the A.I. to research the new universe. But after years of making new avatars and using the technology that was left behind, the A.I. became further detached from reality after eons of evolution, transcending itself and becoming another form entirely distinct and separate from reality, but was no longer capable of viewing reality on its own merit without using its avatars, and would need to expand its sights to other worlds as a way to not only research this new universe, but a way to one day make a home for itself and view everything with whats left of its curiosity.

Extra Info:

• Mekhon-IX’s avatars have varying sizes to humanoid approximation of 8’0” to 50’0”. Some avatars are the size of supergiants like Saturn and Jupiter, possibly and likely larger in scale.

• While it has no real likes or dislikes, it’s deadset on conquering and spreading its influence and achieving its objectives. The closest to dislikes would be unreasonableness or hindrances.
