Water Manipulation

I need help in finding known users for a power I want to make a page for known as Tactile Hydrokinesis, the ability to manipulate water through physical contact only, rather than from a distance but those who can manipulate water in both ways are applicable as well of course.

I made two other powers similar to this in the form of Tactile Cryokinesis and Tactile Pyrokinesis which you can check out if you’re interested and if you want to make your own tactile elemental manipulation pages like “Tactile Electrokinesis” or something you’re free to do so!

Also if anyone can come up with more users for Tactile Pyrokinesis so that it could be moved from Fanon, I’d greatly appreciate it!

Naomi is a young oni girl of average stature and athletic built, white skin, white hair kept as a short ponytail, and purple eyes. She has two oni horns in her forehead and small fangs.

She wears a white kimono with purple flowers and green leaves as print. She also has a rose as a hair ornament and accessory at the kimono.

Personality

Naomi has an ill-tempered demeanor, often allowing her anger to surface with ease. Her tough exterior serves as a shield, concealing the tender and vulnerable side that lies within. Plagued by persistent feelings of low self-esteem, she grapples with the belief that she will never match the immense strength and prowess of her mother, Asami, a revered grandmaster in their greatly recognized combat school. Nevertheless, Naomi possesses an unwavering determination, refusing to surrender her aspirations of becoming a formidable fighter like her esteemed mother.

Beneath her prickly exterior, Naomi finds herself harboring complex emotions for Dae-Seong, who has often gets on her nerves. Though she may not readily express it, her undeniable attraction to him reverberates through her being, causing a mix of flustered unease and internal turmoil. But, she doesn't let these feelings bother her at all and is still focused to do what she wants (since otherwise, she would never forgive herself from being more even more pathetic as a person).

Any attack imbued with this technique defies all probability and senses, just to become completely unpredictable to any opponent. This technique is perfect to use on someone with the guard down.

• Kijutsu Shield Type: Defense Technique Description: Fluctuating chi into variable speeds, her body is covered by a invinsible force-field that makes her pretty much invulnerable.

• Wintry Hand Type: Attack/Defense Technique Description: Moving her hands in a circular pattern with a hypersonic speed, she can create a little tornado that can freeze anything in its path (making a tree-shaped path of ice). The tornado can be unmade by her at will.

• Double Impact Type: Attack Technique Description: She releases a powerful punch who, with the kinetic force generated by it, absorbs it and then increases/multiplies the impact of the original punch into ^5, and releases a second impulse together with it, throwing an extremely powerful damage onto the opponent. It is a technique created by her mother, but Naomi surprisingly was one of the few that could learn it.

• Houou Nobori Issen (Soaring Phoenix Strike) Type: Attack/Defense Technique Description: With a burst of chi-infused energy, she leaps into the air, performing a series of lightning-fast aerial maneuvers. • Despite her fearsome reputation, Naomi has a deep-rooted fear of spiders. Even the smallest arachnid can send her into a frenzy, resulting in an amusing display of acrobatic maneuvers to avoid the eight-legged creatures.

• Her alias, "Kōri no awa", means Icy Bubble.

• Deep down, she secretly indulges in cheesy romance novels. She finds solace in the melodramatic stories, although she vehemently denies enjoying them when confronted.

• Indeed, she is a tsundere.

• Despite her oni heritage, Naomi surprisingly dislikes eating raw meat. She prefers her food well-cooked and seasoned to perfection.

• She is a night owl. She finds herself most productive and inspired during the late hours, often staying up into the early morning to perfect her techniques and strategize her next moves.

• Naomi already have watched the anime Kimetsu no Yaiba with her mother. She said it is outrageous that humans did represent her race in that form. While her mother wasn't bothered since she understands that humans think onis are a myth; Naomi became pissed off with that representation, much to her mother's laughs.

This was mainly caused in the first days of Itta at Asami's dojo, since he was very reckless and didn't cared at all about using all his powers against any of his training partners (one of them being Naomi).
