Appearance
Xylen and Zyra are identical twins, with strikingly similar physical features. They both have a tall stature and have a lean and muscular build. They have pale skin, and they have a flame-like short blue hair that spikes up and outwards. They both have red eyes, with lizard-like widened pupils. Both twins bear a scar on their forearms, with Xylen's on his right arm and Zyra's on her left.
They both wear a tight-fitting, blue shirt covered by a red overcoat that drapes down to their knees. Their pants are dark blue, with a design that resembles jeans, and they wear matching tennis-like shoes. The red overcoat is adorned with intricate golden embroidery, and both twins wear a golden amulet around their necks that is said to be a symbol of their cosmic powers.
Personality
Xylen and Zyra's bond goes beyond their status as twins and fellow heralds of Pontrax. They share a deep understanding and unspoken connection that allows them to work together seamlessly, complementing each other's strengths and weaknesses. Despite that they aren't necessarily good people by being Pontrax's heralds, they do have some honorable traits, such as a fierce loyalty to each other and their master, and are willing to do good things as much as bad things.
Despite their similarities, Xylen and Zyra also have distinct personalities. Xylen is more outgoing, eccentric and playful, often using his sense of humor to make light of tense situations. He is not one to take anything too seriously and enjoys making jokes even in the most inappropriate moments. He really enjoys being the center of attention, and is rather impulsive since he can defy some orders from his master.
On the other hand, Zyra is more reserved, serious, and calm. She has a commanding presence and likes to be in control, making her the bossy twin. She is more cautious than her brother and thinks before taking any action. She's also more loyal to her master than her brother, and is more willing to follow his orders than Xylen.
However, despite their notable differences, both can be very cold and disregarding completely the well-being of others if their master's request is to do so. In terms of their relationship with each other, Xylen and Zyra are fiercely loyal to one another. They have a deep connection, born from their shared experiences and powers. However, their personalities clash at times, with Xylen's carefree attitude and Zyra's serious demeanor creating tension between them. Despite this, they work well together and are a formidable duo.
Powers and Abilities
Alien Physiology: The twins are from an unknown humanoid alien race from the universe, but their unique characteristics can be their unusual eyes that are lizard-like. Both of them are doted of immense cosmic-level powers, much like all other heralds of Pontrax. They were granted by their master with nuclear manipulation-related abilities, finishing the "quartet" of heralds that have powers related to cosmic fundamental forces (Neon having gravity-related powers, and Unit-Clash 50 having electromagnetism-related powers).
Superhuman Strength: Xylen and Zyra possess incredible strength, allowing them to lift and move objects of incredible weight with ease. Their strength extends to their physical strikes, which are capable of damaging and destroying incredibly durable materials such as steel or even certain types of alien alloys. With their strength, they can effortlessly crush or break through almost anything in their path, including fortified barriers or shields. Zyra once lifted a colossal boulder the size of a mountain peak and threw it at an incoming alien fleet, obliterating dozens of ships in one throw.
Superhuman Speed: Both of them possess superhuman speed, allowing them to move at blindingly fast speeds. They can move multiple times faster than the speed of light, making them incredibly difficult to track or hit with conventional weaponry. Their speed also allows them to move through space at incredible velocities, allowing them to travel great distances in a matter of moments. Xylen once flew through an asteroid field at incredible speeds, dodging between massive chunks of space rock without slowing down or getting hit even once.
Superhuman Reflexes: They have incredible reflexes, allowing them to react to incoming threats with incredible speed and precision. They can move and react at speeds that are impossible for most beings to keep up with, making them incredibly difficult to hit in combat.
Invulnerability: Xylen and Zyra possess incredible durability, allowing them to shrug off even the most devastating attacks. They can withstand extreme temperatures, pressures, and energies that would kill most other beings. They can also survive in the vacuum of space without any protection, and their bodies can regenerate from even the most severe injuries in a matter of moments. Zyra once tanked a direct hit from a massive planet-destroying laser beam, emerging from the explosion unscathed.
Self-Sustenance: They do not require food, water, or air to survive. They can survive in the vacuum of space and on any planet without any special equipment or support.
Superhuman Stamina: Both of them have incredible stamina, allowing them to endure physical activity for extended periods of time without fatigue. They can fly through space for weeks without rest or food, and can engage in intense battles for hours on end. Their stamina also enables them to recover from injuries much faster than ordinary beings, as their regenerative abilities work in conjunction with their impressive endurance. During a battle against a powerful being, the twins were able to fight non-stop for three days and three nights without rest or food and even emerged victorious afterwards.
Superhuman Agility: Both of them possess incredible agility, allowing them to move quickly and fluidly in combat. They can dodge attacks with ease, and their reflexes are sharp enough to counterattack in the blink of an eye. Their flight capabilities also give them unparalleled maneuverability, enabling them to fly through space and make sharp turns with ease.
Regenerative Healing Factor: They possess an incredible regenerative ability that allows them to heal from almost any injury in a matter of moments. This includes healing from severe burns, broken bones, or even complete disintegration. Xylen once regenerated from a single cell after being completely disintegrated by an enemy's energy weapon.
Nuclear Manipulation: When Xylen and Zyra combine their powers, they can manipulate the forces within atoms, controlling nuclear energy to devastating effect. They can cause nuclear explosions, manipulate radioactive elements, and even create and control nuclear fission and fusion reactions.
Flight: They can fly freely through the vacuum of space and through the atmosphere of planets. Their flight speed can match their incredible speed on the ground, allowing them to travel across vast distances in a matter of moments. Zyra once flew from one end of a galaxy to the other in a matter of minutes, outpacing even the fastest spacecraft.
Light Manipulation: Both Xylen and Zyra have the ability to manipulate and control light. They can create blinding flashes of light, bend light to become invisible, and create illusions by manipulating the way light is perceived by others.
Xylen's Powers
Weak Force Manipulation: Xylen can manipulate the weak force, which is one of the four fundamental forces of the universe. He can weaken atomic bonds, causing objects to crumble and fall apart with a touch. He can also use this power to transmute matter, converting one substance into another, or even into pure energy. Xylen can destabilize molecular structures, making objects and people fall apart at the molecular level. Some cosmic-level feats Xylen can achieve with his powers are: transmuting an entire planet into pure energy, destabilizing a star and causing it to go supernova, disintegrating entire fleets of spaceships with a single touch, and creating powerful energy shields to protect himself and others from cosmic-level threats.
Transmutation: With this power, Xylen can transform matter from one substance to another. He can turn lead into gold, transform objects into different shapes or forms, and even transmute living organisms. Xylen's mastery of transmutation allows him to manipulate the elements and atomic structures of matter, giving him complete control over the world around him.
Molecular Destabilization: He can cause molecules to destabilize and break apart, causing objects and organisms to fall apart at the molecular level. He can weaken or destroy objects from the inside out, making them crumble into dust or explode in a shower of energy.
Disintegration: He can disintegrate matter and energy with a touch. He can make objects disappear, erasing them from existence, and can even disintegrate people or living organisms. Xylen's mastery of disintegration allows him to turn anything he touches into pure energy, making him an incredibly powerful and destructive force.
Charged Particles Manipulation: Xylen can manipulate charged particles, such as electrons and protons. He can control the flow of electricity, create electromagnetic fields, and manipulate magnetic fields. With this power, Xylen can generate powerful energy blasts, create force-fields, and even fly.
Particle Energy Manipulation: With this power, he can manipulate energy on the subatomic level. He can create and control particle beams, generate nuclear explosions, and control the release of energy from atoms and molecules. Xylen can harness the energy of the universe and use it to devastating effect.
Zyra's Powers
Strong Force Manipulation: Zyra can manipulate the strong force that holds the atomic nucleus together, allowing her to control the stability of atoms and their subatomic particles. With this power, she can create or break down atomic bonds, and even manipulate the strong force itself. She can cause nuclear fusion, generating a burst of energy and creating new elements, or nuclear fission, splitting atoms and releasing energy. Zyra once caused a massive explosion by causing the strong force of an entire planet's core to destabilize, generating a chain reaction that led to the planet's destruction.
Atomic Manipulation: Zyra can manipulate matter at the atomic level, allowing her to rearrange atomic structures and change their properties. She can transmute one element into another, creating complex chemical compounds or turning an object into a completely different material. She can also manipulate isotopes and atomic energy, causing radiation or removing it.
Reconfiguration: Zyra can rearrange matter at the molecular level, changing its shape, size, and physical properties. With this power, she can create constructs out of any material or manipulate the shape of existing ones. She can also alter the physical state of matter, turning solids into liquids or gases, and vice versa. Zyra once created a fortress out of a mountain by reconfiguring the rocks and minerals, and then turned it into a massive wave that crashed over an entire army.
Chromodynamic Energy Manipulation: She can create, shape and manipulate the chromodynamic energy, the energy of the strong force field. Chromodynamic energy is the main contributive factor to the hadrons’ mass. She, who has control over this type of energy, can effectively manipulate any type of matter that she wishes.

Master Combatant: Xylen and Zyra are both highly skilled in hand-to-hand combat and martial arts, as well as the use of various weapons. They are able to hold their own against multiple opponents, even those with superhuman abilities. They are also adept at adapting to new fighting styles and strategies on the fly, making them formidable opponents in battle.
Genius-level Intellect: Both Xylen and Zyra possess exceptional intelligence and are highly knowledgeable in various fields, including science, engineering, and strategy. They are able to quickly analyze and understand complex situations, allowing them to come up with effective solutions and strategies in a short amount of time. With their genius-level intellect, they were able to create a device that allowed them to channel and control the power of a supernova, which they used to destroy an entire fleet of enemy ships in a single blast.
Indomitable Will: Both of them possess a strong willpower, which makes them highly resistant to mental manipulation and mind control. They are able to push themselves beyond their physical limits and endure extreme conditions and situations. This power allowed them to resist the mental control of a powerful telepathic opponent, and ultimately overcome him in a battle of wills.

They are constantly pushing themselves to become stronger and more skilled, and their potential for growth is virtually limitless. Their enhanced potential allows them to constantly evolve and develop their powers, allowing them to keep up with even the most powerful of opponents. They are constantly discovering new techniques and strategies, making them unpredictable and formidable opponents in battle.

Their over-reliance on their powers can lead to exhaustion and depletion of their energy reserves.

Trivia
Like already noted, they are twins. Xylen is slightly older due to being born first.
They were born in a moment that in Earth would be considered just right on new year's eve (Xylen was born in December 31st, and Zyra was born on January 01st, 5 minutes of difference).
They were both chosen by Pontrax to be his heralds due to their incredible potential and their willingness to do whatever it takes to achieve their goals.
Xylen and Zyra's home planet was destroyed during a great cosmic war, which forced them to flee and seek refuge elsewhere. Unfortunately, due to their rare and special blood (that has some interesting supernatural capabilities), they were kidnapped and put on some kind of cosmic slave market. Neon, in one of his travels around the universe, encountered this "market" and outraged by it's existence (since it reminds of him being powerless when his planet was destroyed), he set free all slaves there. The twins were recruited by him since Neon noticed that they were somewhat indeed special, and so, he send them to meet with Pontrax.
Despite their mostly ruthless behavior, they aren't completely heartless. They have been known to show mercy and compassion to those who they deem useful to their cause.
Unlike other heralds who haves their own personal planet, it's unknown if the twins have any fix base of operations.

In my semi hard sci-fi world, the explanation for psionic powers is that there is a exotic element called Alom(which to be more technical is actually an exotic compound) which behave the way like cosmic steroids when converted into a liquid substance ( it can take on whatever stage it likes since it’s actually semi sentient.)
When exposed to the element, you gain said psionic powers, in the form of electromagnetism. The Human brain already runs on electrical impulses. Over time, these become strong enough that people have an EM field. And some people, with the right training, can manipulate that field to do incredible things.
Telepathy is just reading someone else's EM field, or implanting your own message into it.
Telekinesis uses unified field theory to turn that EM into minute amounts of gravity waves. Between that and magnetism itself, this allows the manipulation of small to moderate sized objects.
Psychometry is reading the EM field imprinted on objects by other people.
Clairvoyance could be either reading light waves (again, EM radiation) at a distance, or a subset of telepathy (seeing what other people at the remote location are seeing).
Precognition is the tough one. Potentially the EM field reading, if precise enough, negates the Uncertainty Principle. Knowing both the speed and location of elementary particles allows one to predict their location. Precog could be a macro expression of this.
Teleportation normally would be manipulating gravity to create temporary wormholes.
That’s all I got thus far, but now I need some more scientific explanations for controlling things like strong force, weak force and biological stuff like flesh, bone, dark matter and energy etc.
Even be able to manipulate chemicals and stuff, basically I have a science block on how to explain it all, mind giving me suggestions on how to explain how this certain character is able to manipulate strong forces instead of electromagnetic energy, like can they do that despite it being electromagnetism by default instead of strong and weak force.

Having trouble understanding the applications of these powers. I’m not talking about the combined powers just them individually.
Someone once commented that Weak Force is destroying matter, while Strong Force is creating matter. Howeve, Weak Force has subatomic manipulation as its application, and Strong Force has Atomic Manipulation, which mean both of them can basically create and desintigrate matter atom by atom. Another thing, they both have Quark Manipulation, a power with zero applications and is essentially useless.
