Kogetsu's human form is that of a young man of average stature with messy cyan hair (still with dog ears) and silver eyes. In terms of attire, he wears blue coat with a black sweater underneath, jeans, and black-white shoes.

He is a massive Okuchi no Makami that has over 100 meters of height, a race of mystic dogs with immense strength and ice powers. He shows himself as a massive wolf with silver fur, pointy sharp ears, and blue eyes. He also possesses sharp teeth, a big fluffy tail, and a sign in the form of a white fang in his left eye, a sign that differs from each fellow yokais.

His overall demeanor radiates a sense of fierceness coupled with self-assurance, creating an immediate impression of a virtuous and reliable ally.
