Both, these are not mutually exclusive weapon types.. you can have bladed melee weapons or blunt melee weapons just as you can have bladed projectile weapons or blunt projectile weapons.
Final one, from Marvel (for fairness) - just get Squirrel Girl.. she has defeated Doctor Doom, Thanos and Galactus.. canonically..

Oh and Flash got nearly killed by paper.. so technically the paper that nearly killed Flash is capable of defeating both Trigon and Chthon..

Darkseid was defeated by stairs, it doesn't count.. it's Plot Induced Stupidity

Whoever the author decides - as is the case with all nigh omnipotent beings.

While obviously comedic this scene remains one of the more well-done representations of an omnipotent (or at least close to it) type.
They know everything (except when they decided they do not), they are all-loving but also pretty uncaring.
Omnipotent beings are paradoxes.; also they shape themselves based around the personality of those who witness them.
Every individual will interact with an omnipotent differently because the omnipotent tailors itself to them, if it didn't then even the mere act of contacting an omnipotent would be impossible.
(..in short if you envision a nasty, evil "God" then that may be how it manifests to you.. if you envision an all-loving one that is how it may manifest to you.. and only you; this doesn't mean you have any power over the entity, it is just that the entity must use what primitive tools it can (aka our mortal minds) to even address you.)
Yes and No, like everything to do with omnipotence it is just a giant cosmic cheat-code and anything can happen if an omnipotent being activates a code, likewise anything can be banned from happening at any time if an omnipotent being de-activates a code.
People concerned about duality should try and move away from the "bearded figure in sky" depiction of the almighty, in many many settings God exists in multitudes of forms, some are so extreme that every single atom is its own fully functional God, all working as part of a greater whole.
A fully omnipotent being is both infinitely benevolent and infinitely malevolent, thus can appear as the most loving Creator or the most destructive Devil and anything in-between.. they are both active in everything yet neglectful of all things.. supremely intelligence and supremely ignorant etc etc.

"When you do things right, people won't be sure you've done anything at all." - God (Futurama)
None, instead I'd just opt to wait until all three are ready to be obtained when their users inevitably fall from grace, become mad with power or destroy themselves.
Then with all three objected I just eat the God of All.. I mean what could go wrong?
@Conquest 332 it is called a mistake, staff are human - do not attribute to malice what can be explained as human error.
Depends which version, the original is Type 1 but Rebirth / New 52 Manhattan is straight up full-on type 3 or above cosmic entity capable of remaking entire multiverses.

There's an infinite number of paradoxes.. eventually someone with enough creativity will find some way to weaponize a defiance against at least one of them.. though it is probably more effort than it is worth to do so unless one is absolutely determined.
You could kill your own ancestors with no consequences, you could end reality itself and still be fine.. you could literally nuke everyone and everything yet wake up fine and dandy because you literally have no consequences for any of your actions.
So offensive uses for it? any you want, since anything you do will be nullified anyway.. you exist beyond any means of being punished, save by omnipotent characters.
Want to kill the first organism that ever existed and wipe out all life on a planet? go ahead, you'll continue to exist anyway despite the paradox that you are a living being existing after killing the thing that made life possible.
Omni-Magic - literal "I do whatever I want, only plot can stop me"
No being in fiction can be omnipotent because you can take all of human knowledge and imagination from every generation since the stone age and our final days when sun implodes and it would still not be a grain of sand compared to all the knowledge and imagination required to actually depict an omnipotent character in fiction.
While not common Hulk can move up to 400mph if he wants, which safely puts him at supernatural - he just doesn't tend to be shown with it.. like many heroes Hulk has a whole data-base of powers he rarely ever uses.
@Clara Sirius nothing that wasn't explained here

@Clara Sirius I already raised my concerns on these ever-increasing "layer upon layer" variants of Divinity with the staff - I personally don't think Supreme Divinity etc should be a mainspace power, userpage'd sure.. but it is already covered by many other omnipotent variants as is.
Justifications for them staying seems largely on "majority likes them" but that isn't how it works, unfortunately, popularity alone shouldn't factor.
But that's my view.
Divipotence is not a thing nor should it ever become one, word-salad does not legitimize nonsense.
You can't kill with never had life to begin with.
@Heartz13 Oblivion in Marvel is more an embodiment of "nothing" rather than destruction - Galactus is closer to destruction embodiment in Marvel (him and Abraxas).. Oblivion is basically the grandfather of all Marvel's cosmic beings, Death is just his closest because I suppose by very design Death will be the only thing left, besides Oblivion, when everything returns to nothing.
