In the Elder Scrolls verse can characters can become Amaranths who are portrayed as being omnipotent.
So, is it possible for a non-omnipotent character to become omnipotent as portrayed in Elder Scrolls-verse ?

The Cosmoses should be removed as a users of Fifth Cosmos. They are fairly low-level in marvel’s cosmic hierarchy, being only Eternity-level. It is highly debatable whether they are even nigh-omnipotent. It is highly debatable whether The First Firmament is nigh-omnipotent and a small army of Cosmoses barely defeated it.
