What power in this wiki allows the user to form a bond or link with someone and allow their progress and/or capabilities be strengthened or enhanced while simultaneously allowing the user borrow, at least, one power, ability, or skill from them? What's the name or combination of powers of what I just described?

Magic is an overall complicated topic because there's so many versions of it and its power is interpreted in several different ways. One could even "make up" their own magic system and that could determine how powerful magic can be. Personally, I like to limit my magic to the elements of the world but make them functionally less effective than the actual thing and make the drawbacks more harmful to the users in response to their output so no one using my magic system will be manipulating reality, space, or time through magic. All in all, everyone has their own different perspectives on how "magic" should work so you can ultimately choose how powerful you want your magic system to be.
It depends on how the magic systems are used in media in their respective universes. I believe it has the potential to be powerful though. Although, the more powerful the magic, the more hazardous the drawbacks should be.

I like the first one but I think it'd sound better as "Chaotic Flame"
Depending on gameplay, I'd say he has weapon proficiency, electricity manipulation, imagination manifestation, and an electrically enhanced condition.
Depending on lore, I'd say he has enhanced senses, primal instinct, animal empathy, hunting intuition, fighting intuition, and ambition empowerment.

I did and I do but idk how to translate any of what he has to terms from this wiki.
Using the terms of this powers wiki, what do you guys think Razor can do based on where he comes from, who he learned from, what his playstyle is like, and what gave him his vision in the first place?

I don't really want something like that and it doesn't give me a reason as to why the user would feel the need to isolate themselves from the world.

Nice to see that you had the same idea as me but I'm just trying to explore possible ideas.
Anybody got any ideas for powers that would require the user to isolate themselves? Something touch-based preferably. Similar to Rogue (Marvel's X-Men) or Painkiller (DC villain).
Depends on how you want to portray their power but it's your character so go wild. Besides, sounds like a a good enough combo to me.
Are they a leader or a big damage dealer?
