Chose the library.
Power; it's a library... you learn things.
Name; *** (Ancient dialect unable to be pronounced by a human vocal organ)
Closest equivalent; Library of the collective wisdom of humankind.
Contents; the collection contains all information, books, media and countless artifacts that human kind can, have or could ever produce. From the smallest revolutionary idea that was scribbled on a napkin at a bar and then forgotten about until years later to the ideas that openly changed the way humans thought about the world.
There's no real power to the library, but it's more what the library contains that grants it power. Everything humans could ever produce, so long as they're considered humanity, is stored within. From the arts and sciences, to magical knowledge that not all humankind was able to use,. From basic information about how to create farmland to manipulating spatial dimensions to starship creation. All such knowledge is contained within.
The library even has a student education system for those who wish to learn.
Some kind of lightning physiology, maybe cloud travel?
I gotta go with A.M.A.Z.O Virus version. Don't really know much of the story around it but its a living guy that can mutate himself to replicate the powers of the league so im gonna go with him.
Wasnt wrong.... he is bald....
Body supremacy. The curious case of Luthor strode. All the power is is full control over your own body, that's it. Everything else is just how you use it. It's the weakest power you could probably have but the most versatile if used right.
Since you know that. Then all you have to ask is if they generate their magical energy biogically? If so, being a natural process, then they generate power as they live, by eating, breathing and drinking.
But the other question is, if they're not generating it biologically, meaning they weren't born magical, by what means do they supply themselves with magic? Technologically? With an artefact or some other means.
If you need a somewhat scientific answer though still a little out there here's an idea.
The term 'Energy' is a catch all phrase for power, this includes somewhat normal sources such as Solar power, power from the sun, Thermal energy normally derived from heat, geo-thermal from the heat within the planet.
One of the laws of thermal dynamics is that energy cannot be destroyed only converted from one form to another.
So someone who uses an 'energy' as a source could generate it from all over, from the ambient energy given off the sun, the energy that the body produces just by living (Similar to the Fate series OD and Prana) or from artifacts.
There are a number of sources but the simplest would probobly be that they dont generate Magical energy, they draw in and collect various forms of energy converting it into magical energy that they can then use from various sources like sunlight, food, rituals and the like. There are nearly countless different sources of power to draw from. Perhaps 'Magical' energy is just a compilation of different energies mixed together.
Sheer versatility.
Solar weapons means you can create weapons out of solar energy, and yes you can probably create any kind of weapon you want because of that, swords, guns, weapon platforms, so such and so on.
But kinetic charging can be used more versatility, yes you can charge an object to be stronger, gambit with his cards, but you can also charge your body with that energy in order to do things that surpass the physical empowerment you both have. Punch with a fist = a battering ram for example. Charge your body with energy and increase speed.
Everything becomes a weapon instead of just making weapons.
It's called a Mantle, from memory. Not sure why people wore it, but they normally weren't as long as our dear Lancer had them, they were similar to sheets of cloth that were worn around the hips, as shown in the images above, but they only came to just below the kneecaps.
As far as i know they were a purely astetic choice and had no practical use.
Perhaps by channeling the absorbed solar energy into kinetic energy, akin to something he does with his heat vision and frost breath, and using it to propel himself forward???
Or there's the other method... He's Superman - deal with it.
Kinetic energy nullification
The power to absorb strength from another person by physical contact.
Consumption absorption - the ability to gain power from eating things. Just let him eat animals and people and then there you go super OP in only a few meals.
Light only because of the average time of use, being during the day there's plenty of light for the user to play with and use.
Whilst on the other hand darkness manipulation, while more varied, is restricted for being used in areas without light, compared to shadows being the obstruction of light instead of the absence of light.
I think maybe some basic powers that work well linked together, kinda like in the anime Beelzebub, like as they move up in the levels of the 'Family' (Mob Family - i.e Hitman reborn anime) they gain stronger powers, like those above a certain level/threshold they gain a power that's based on their personalities, one could have fire based powers another earth, water, flight, etc.
But as far as specific powers you could give them something akin to a Hive mentality, all based around the family being the hive and the 'don' the supposed queen (king), they could also have a kind of tiered natural weapon proficiency, peak - enhanced condition, it's all based around what ideas that you are using this idea for
I'd rather be Cyborg (dc) than captain America (marvel) simply in terms of ability variation. Though I'd be Steve for the pure physical appearance, though advanced synthetic skin then I can look like anyone.
Depending on the set up of your story or idea there are any number of ways that you can do it. Take a look at Black Clover, anime or manga it doesn't matter, theres a mirror mage that might help you think of something.
You can also make it so they can alter the way that they reflect light, either making it stronger or weaker as they please, though if there is magic in your world/story/idea, even if there's not... mirrors reflect all forms of light, so if there is light magic or laser weapons, either way, then mirrors can reflect them
Yes, but only on a technicality, as I Don't think they'll actually be invisible.
They can manipulate the space that their body occupies permeable enough that light goes through them, meaning that they cannot be seen.
They can separate the space they occupy so light doesn't occupy and reveal them.
Move behind a 'veil' of space just outside the normal space that they would occupy as to be there but not physically.
They all have the same result just a different means of getting there.
I think, if i had to make a snap judgement call on what to make, i'd make something from the Assassins creed universe, such as the Staff of Hermes, or a shroud or sword.
There has to be a limit.
Where reality manipulation could change facts about something (I.e. a gun that shoots more guns) creations use would be different in both use and appearance.
Thoughts.
Gazerbeam?
Frostburn?
Absolute?
