Definitely superior adaptation, as long as they actually have time to adapt and aren't some limited form of it. Even if it is a normal human prior to the adaptation

Saitama main problem is that he is 100% physical, his punchs are ungodly strong but they are still punchs, no soul damage, no space time warping and no abstract attacks.

With superior adaptation they could:

>Become stronger than saitama.

>get selective intangibility.

>some passive power.

>make countermeasures for physical damage.

Preemptive adaptation is one of the powers so if said user has it then he will be ready before saitama actually charges him at the speed of light or something.

Create a black hole to suck all light from the sun, wait sometime and now you are invisible, alongside the entire earth

The ability to absorb matter with vaccum cleaners on the end of it's fingers.

It can use it to heal, create objects on a molecular level, launch it like porjectiles, etc.

Weakeness:

The absorbing range is small since the sucking dvices are small and slow.

Can only carry a certain amount of mass (you deside)

It takes some time to use the stored matter.

Needs contact to suck big things and it takes time, also to heal people and stuff.

Give tbe stand the physical attributes of stone free or gold experience, strong but not super strong.
