Yes absolutely. You can attack 3-dimensional beings( everything irl) with them being unaware of your presence. You can also attack things from the inside without damaging their outside.

You didn't take the good way to list superpowers since they are countable.
You should consider the superpowers that someone have as a set. If you consider a nigh omnipotent someone who has infinite powers then you are right in a way because some could have powers that others don't have but you're also wrong since the set of powers of a nigh omnipotent is an infinite countable set it has the same cardinal "aleph zero" (the number of elements) of other infinite countable sets in other words by considering that nigh omnipotent have infinite powers they also have the same number of powers.
Don't mix cardinals which are the numbers of elements of a set and ordinals which are there for ordering set.
Me I like the idea to use the usual classification
It is my opinion but for me great stories are those who can make interesting things which are normally boring. It would be great if you could find interesting powers based on a more scientifically rigourous classification

Fond a full logically way to explain Metapotence and Omnipotence is find a limitation to those powers. We can always find limitation to any explanation of Omnipotence.
An example, can God can lift a rock that he can't lift without proceeding like you explain all the long? Yes he can. God can also decide to erase from existence both your relative and absolute plans and then be able to do anything an everything.
As a generalisation, can God can do anything and everything without proceeding like any explanation a human like us can provide? Being omnipotent yes God can.

Retrorge, you gave a good explanation but you forget that the empty space between atoms has an utility. When 2 atoms are too close the repulsive electromagnetic force between their electronic cloud ( sorry if we don't say it like that in English ) will be greater than the liaison force between them which will implie your body and the wall to burst
There is also a low chance that you're atoms will fit perfectly with the wall's atoms resulting in complex chemical reactions and the part of your body will be one with the wall but you'll never get back those body's parts

Omnipotent can do anything and everything as you said so the can create something they doesn't know.they can know everything but they can decide to don't have any knowledge but be able to create anything and they can also know everything and create something they doesn't know at the same time just like they can be greater than the multiverse an smaller than a single point at the same time.

That's my opinion but be absolute undetectable is too dangerous when you live in a society, other cannot detect you then they cannot avoid an accident with you, just cross the road is too dangerous and if you have an accident, a deadly disease or some other things that need to get you an assistance there is no chance for you to survive. Just have a conversation is impossible, nobody can socially interact with you.
