When I read the Absolute Recreation page, it said that even if there's a dying memory or not even that, a thing could be recreated. Could this be exploited to create? Lets say there are 5 people in a verse and they all have $100 in total, and it can't be increased no matter what. One of the people has Absolute Recreation. Now, since no one has any memory of $101, could the recreator exploit this and create a $1 bill out of nowhere even though it was never created before this? (Don't just consider memory as a parameter, since a things atoms could've been ripped off existence and it could be Recreated with Absolute Recreation, this sounds like a huge loophole.)

Possibly. It may also be angelic in nature if you really want to.
Personally if I made a story about metahumans, I wouldn't make them go beyond a certain line. I would call a mutant, cyborg, human-alien hybrid, or a basic magician as a metahuman, but not like Franky who fucking bends reality by being a mutant, doesn't make sense.

Almighty Science is also a very good candidate, but I chose Almighty Magic because I know it better than Science.
Almighty Science probably is also Omnipotent like Almighty Magic, since all you need is a good mind to use it well and you'll pretty much get it if you have Almighty Science so yeah.
