And also for the people who believe that metapotence is omnipotence but achievable...
Omnipotence cannot be achieved unless the writter makes it happen
Metapotence is a simplified take on the concept of Omnipotence, so it is in the same boat
As to why Omnipotence itself cannot be achieved without the writer's help, I would say it's because Omnipotence is author-level power
