I would treat these two like Lutece from BioShock Infinite with Transcendent Human Physiology, Omnipresence, and Perspective Manipulation. The fact that they’re in a Hall of Snowflakes will be represented in a What If… moment if they’re also in a Hall of Summer.

What are the capabilities of the final spell?
I think your memory and knowledge are the keys to your imagination-
For 1, if you can picture the size, controls, and functions of R2-D2, you can get the real thing.
For 2, if you can remember the tale, you can take on the role of each character as well as an idea of what they can bring
For 3, with the exception of Detective Pikachu, you can decide to extract a Pokémon from the live action or the anime
For 4, it only takes your knowledge of the power for it to work

Wouldn’t the multiversal Santa Claus bring us the means to use the accessories: Batman’s physique and gadgets, Spider-Man’s abilities, wizardry, the dark and light side of The Force, etc.?

I’d combine it. Take one of the concepts shown and blend it with a remaining element.

Last year I went to Super Con in Miami. And I do this list in my Notes where I ask random individuals: “If you could have three superpowers, what would you want and what would your code name be?”
So far I have reached 519 total people, and I intend to expand that toll. And although three powers seem few, with the applications and techniques this wiki provides, three powers are a good ratio.

So…it’s the original seven emotions of love, compassion, hope, will, fear, greed, and rage. Excluding the new Corps of life, death, and bloodlust or self-hatred. I’ll decide between the Green Lanterns to stay myself, the Sinestro Corps to enjoy my evil side, or the Blue Lanterns to help others in their ongoing fights.
I think it’ll be a tie.
