What exactly is the difference between illusion projection and duplication casting? I know Loki defined it in his show but it's still confusing. His "duplicates" are holographic creations, same as his other illusions. What makes his duplicates different? Can they tangibly interact with the real world (ex. touch)?

Nah, that's not it. If I remember clearly, examples included Muzan from Demon Slayer. While his demonic abilities look magical, they are instead scientific in nature.
What's the name of the power to manipulate energy that behaves like magic but is separate from magic? I read about it last year but can't remember it's name.
I know many on this wiki fancy the idea of superhuman abilities, myself included but how far will we go to obtain it and what are we willing to lose? What's your limit?

Watching Eternals has rekindled my love for the Ancient Astronaut trope in stories. I've been brainstorming something similar to the Annunaki from ancient Sumerian texts, the Isu from Assassin's Creed lore and Eternals/Deviants/Celestials from the Marvel universe but I'm having trouble putting my ideas on paper. Any ideas how to go about it?

Are you specifying chakra from the Naruto verse? If so, then it's different from conventional magic power systems. Some magic power systems may be similar to chakra from Naruto.
If it's not from the Naruto verse, then I guess the definitions depend on the author of the story.
