Wow that sounds pretty cool. I think 250 beings allows for a balance of power to exist within that community. Also, with over 7.5 billion people on earth, 250 is a good amount because of the power each of those beings posses.

Wow @Hopey Redford LadyVal sounds like such a cool character. I love what you did to make her unique. I like the use of powers and gear together. My favorite type of characters have both. Does she exist in her own universe or in your favorite series?
Any element without the ability to create it is powerful, but limited.
That’s a really cool concept. Darkness is good, so is power imitation. Power imitation sounds like it would work great for what you’re going for.
That sounds really awesome. Supernatural reflexes might be a good fit for a character who relies on her advanced strength and speed.
