I would attempt to purchase the Essence of Oneself (4th from the bottom of this list). With this I would gain Science-Magic Lordship, for it is the power I most want, even if it isn’t the strongest power I could wish for. And I don’t really have a plan for what I’d do with this, at this time. But it’d be fun, whatever I did do.
While in payment, I would bargain with the Shopkeeper, offering initially my loyalty forever; though not to the exclusion of preexisting loyalties.

I choosing to believe that by definition, a god gets power from worship— so if you do not, you are not a god, irrespective of how powerful you may be. Not all gods have omnipotence, and not all those with omnipotence are gods; though they may still be worshipped as them.
EDIT : Not to say that gods are not inherently powerful, that may depend on the god in question. Perhaps some start with power of their own, that is subsidized by worship; while others have nothing but what they accrue from it.

I feel like that’s more of a moral thing than an intellect thing.
I will simply have Meta Luck, and I’ll just never meet him. After all, while he could copy my power if he met me, he can’t copy what he doesn’t know exists, if it isn’t affecting him (which it isn’t, it’s affecting me).
And even if he did somehow copy it, it’d just mean we’d both be equally normal people, as each of ours Luck cancels each others Luck out.
