It sorta goes like this. Every super powered individual in existence is artificially made and treated even worse than slaves were before the civil war. But there is nothing S.P.I. can do because they are all controlled chipped. But one of them is immuned to the effects of the chip and can free other S.P.I. for a short time. Will this young heroine convince the world that S.P.I. deserve rights as well or will she fail.
