I didn’t think there was a difference, the 2 are virtually the same thing
It just feels like the "physics" that allows for superpowers in stories set in the Marvel, DC or other comic book universes with superhuman beings seems to run on pseudoscientific logic and quasimystical weirdness!

Bane from HBO’s Harley Quinn
That Bane is the nicest version of him, and he has a welsh accent like his Dark Knight counterpart
The first one is probability inducement (which works within the known laws of physics)
The second one is possibility inducement (which does alter the laws of physics to a degree)
The third one I think is possibility reconstruction

Are the taxis free and if not, can they have a lower cost than normal taxis?

Superhero Avatar:
Dr. Victor Richards/Living Lab
Fun Fact: My avatar Dr. Victor Richards is named after two of the greatest scientists in the Marvel Universe; Dr. Victor Von Doom & Dr. Reed Richards.
List of Bodily Abilities:
Self-Biochemistry Manipulation: the main biological ability of The Living Lab is his unique body chemistry, he can manipulate the chemicals (amino acids, proteins, hormones, enzymes, etc.) as well as their chemical reactions within his own body to produce virtually any possible physical effect. He uses his body as his own personal labratory to produce certain compounds & chemical formulas for his scientific work. It also allows him to manipulate his cellular structure, genetics and other bodily phenomena. This grant him a variety of abilities such as…
Cellular Regeneration: Using a form of self-cellular manipulation allows Living Lab’s body to regenerate on a supernatural level, if most of his body is destroyed, he can possibly regenerate from his remaining tissue so long as his brain is intact.
Cellular Elasticity: Also through the medium of self-cellular manipulation, Living Lab can stretch any part of his body to Fantastical Lengths, this also gives him a somewhat mandible anatomy.
Genetic Shapeshifting: Combining the mandible capabilities of his self-cellular manipulation with his self-genetic manipulation abilities, he can copy the DNA of any living species and transform into a near perfect replica of said species, he can also shift into other people.
Tactile-Elemental Absorption: a biological sub-ability of Living Lab’s self-bodily chemistry manipulating capabilities that acts as the power source for recharging & granted sustenance most of his powers. Living Lab can absorb almost all forms of baryonic matter (both organic and inorganic) as well as the potential energy (mostly chemical energy of molecular bonds and stored energy in batteries) in any physical entity he absorbs.
Chemical Compound Brewing: Because of the Living Lab’s Ability to manipulate his own biochemistry, he can produce a variety of chemical substances. Whether they be drugs (medicines, serums, elixirs, psychedelics, etc.), highly dangerous toxins (Poisons, Volatile Compounds, Acidic Fluids, etc.) and other familiar and/or unique substances that can produce almost any natural phenomena that is physically possible under non-esoteric circumstances.
If magic isn’t part of our world, that would imply it was a fundamental force or energy from another universe that runs on different physical and metaphysical laws from the reality that we are familiar with!
Imagine if it were a Wither Storm
You know, I’m honestly wondering why they always have to treat Science & Magic as two different things!
Maybe in a different world, magic is just an esoteric art powered by "supernatural" forces that were not understood by science (yet)?!
