Since these are quirks, and thus a bit limited, mine would be to create disks of energy, no other energy constructs. I can surf on them, spin them quick enough to cut anything, like Krillin's destructo disk, make them face up vertically to smash into people, use them as shields, use them to carry injured people to safety, spin them around to create drafts of wind that clear away gasses in the air, maybe use them as armor or make them small, hold them and make them sharp enough to use them as regular or throwing knives. This is all I could think of at this point lol. I'm sure I'll be able to think of more later. Oh, it would be emitter.

@RyanKraftBR I'm pretty sure I'd do something similar or just the exact same because honestly, I don't know about others, but I'm not prone to going out and challenging demon kings or evil gods for shits and giggles. Fighting gets sad and boring pretty fast. Maybe play some pranks, read novels and stuff, make that novel into reality and see how it all plays out. If it works then awesome! If not then don't erase it just separate it from the successful places. or something.

Super speed because it is more versatile than teleportation, less eye-catching than healing, way cooler than elasticity, more fun to use than precognition which takes the joy out of life, makes you crazy or any other number of annoying side-effects and I just don't really like terrakinesis. Super-speed can help you in daily life way more than teleportation could so yeah you could go into e sports or the Olympics or something with it as long as you hold back a bit while you have to hide that you have teleportation.

Remember super speed includes fast reflexes and probably a lot of athletic skill as well as some other stuff I can't think of. Always preferred speed to end a fight with one kick to the balls rather than strength that would keep missing or accidentally kill someone.
