Though it's true that reality is different than fiction but can't I atleast create a small phoenix made with solar flares released by sun?

And what if I make cosmic beings to serve me? They would be made of pure cosmic energy man!

By manipulating matter I can create my desired life forms right?

I thought Matter manipulation can threaten whole creation man.

Ain't energy manipulation is harder one? Can't you modify matter to gain energy manipulation?

So, Lets say a person has matter manipulation. Will he be able to create objects infused with special powers or things that defys physics and reality?

Can't a user of matter manipulation create cosmic beings stronger than humongous galaxies?

Won't he be able to make himself god right at the moment?

Won't be able to create unique and strongest Physiology ?

Can user create his own pocket Dimension or universe with this?
