I had a power concept come to mind, but I couldn't find it listed here. It's basically the reverse of Flammable Blood; instead of setting your own blood on fire, you ignite the blood of others. Can anyone help me find this?

Is there a specific power that makes it so the user's attacks never miss? An example of a user would be a person who has a Domain Expansion in Jujutsu Kaisen.
