Water Manipulation
Seems great, but since Nitroglycerin is insoluble in water, it will make it riskier to hit him because it will just spread it around. Smothering him won’t do any good. My best bet will be to fight mid-long range, be more defensive and push him back, keep my mid-long range distance, Aim for his limbs to lower his mobility control.
Water bullets, Water whip, Water blast, Water surfing, Water blades, Water shield. Will probably be what I mainly use, I’ll keep the fact that I can freeze the water as a hidden technique for the best moment, and that I can make mist, or steam too, and only use it if he closes the distance to distract and escape back to mid-long rage to win (or as a freezing trap when he enters the mist)
