In this roleplay, this world will consist of a world with futuristic technology and supernatural beings. A place where humans and supernaturals co-exist. More specifically, this world will be a combination of a futuristic advanced society with a medieval society mixed in as one. This will all take place in the year of the mid-4030s. With this characters can explore a set of infinite universes, realities, dimensions, multiverses and everything in it aka The Omniverse. The main themes of this world is Romance,Adventure,Action,Mystery, and Drama.
Humans and Supernaturals have been coexisting for at least 2 millennia(20 centuries or 2,000 years).
Even so, human governments have been treating supernatural beings lesser than humans and have even been oppressing them. They do this because of the fact that they fear supernaturals and the kind of powers supernaturals have. Countries like America want to control and limit the rights of supernaturals despite knowing the fact they will face heavy repercussions from the supernatural law. Countries that do this are considered 'Supernatural Oppressors' and cause great harm to the supernatural community. Countries such as America, break the supernatural law by doing these crimes: Illegally experimenting on supernaturals as personal superweapons, Obstructing justice against supernaturals beings, Causing emotional distress on supernaturals, and arresting supernaturals with no probable cause or reason of suspicion. Other countries such as Israel and Iran have followed suit with oppressing and unjustly killing supernaturals.
However, there are countries that support the rights of supernaturals and treat them fairly. Countries such as Japan, South Korea, Russia and even the United Kingdom cooperate with the supernatural law and aid supernatural officers/officials in any way they can even if the opposing governments don't like it. Supernaturals go to these countries to live normal lives and get away from the countries that have been oppressing them. Of course not every supernatural is all-good and when dealing with supernatural criminals, they must be dealt with properly and investigated accordingly.
There are different types of supernaturals. They consist of: Vampires, Werewolves, Demons, Gods, Angels, Cosmic Entities and even Ancient Beings. Every supernatural has a different way of thinking whether it be good or bad. Humans in this day of age possess advanced technology that can harm and even kill supernaturals.
This is often abused by supernatural oppressing governments to get their way... however, on the other side of the coin, supernaturals have gained/created advanced technology to match if not outright eclipse human technology. Some supernaturals even have Primordial Tech. Primordial Tech is very ancient, yet superior technology, including functions such as technological advancements and weaponry, artificial enhancements, genetic engineering, god-level machinery, etc. The technology is potentially so strong that its effects may seem magical and impossible with normal scientific means. Because of this, primordial technology is able to manipulate the ancient/primordial elements of the universe.
The Supernatural Law is to be taken extremely seriously and when it is violated... there is to be immediate action to deal with the situation at hand, even if the opposing human governments try to stop it. The consequences for breaking such laws can be dire as much as they are catastrophic to a personal level and a grand scale that can prove too great to endure effectively causing extreme harm to themselves and/or those around them.
The safety of supernaturals will always void any human laws that oppose this, due to the simple fact that supernatural oppression is not tolerated. The supernatural law gives supernatural citizens the right to defend themselves, even against human and supernatural officers alike.
Powerful characters are allowed as long as your character is not Omnipotent. Nigh-Omnipotence is the limit. This means you can possess omnipotence-like-power but have a limitation/restriction/weakness that inhibits their potential to become an omnipotent being. Explain how your character got this powerful. No ass-pulls.
Characters don’t just have to be supernatural officers… you can have your character be aligned with any occupation. Dark Themes are allowed. (Describe to me what dark themes you are and are not on board with and I’ll accommodate accordingly.)
